Website needs tweeking,after you make a selection you often return to the start page rather than picking up whete you were which is annoying.

The customer services is first class,I strongly recommend Thompson and Morgan.

Ordered some plants on special offer. They arrived in a box that looked like it had been sat on. Stakes were broken and one plant broken. One plant missing. Contacted T&M and I received an apology, a quick refund for the missing plant and a replacement for the broken plant. Good customer service. Shame the courier company used isn't really good enough.

I ordered 3 ready planted hanging baskets, one was upside down when delivered, it was rep!aced without question, but the replacement was half dead when it arrived. The other 2 were good.

Packaging has improved, but issues like customer services over poor quality, small plants, no labels, remain.
I am still waiting for replacements Echinacea Primadonna, Penstemon Twizzle, Scabious Blue Note,
Hammamelis pallida

As ordered, arrived on time.

Dislike how my order never arrives at one time, but is delayed and then you cannot proceed with only part of the order. When some plants arrived they were dry and going brown, some were broken. I have complained before about condition of plants, if this is a delivery problem I will not be ordering again. I also have only just herd that a basket I ordered last month will not be ready until 2027, is that a joke, why did you accept the order if you were not sure you could fulfill it.

My order arrived very quickly, a couple of packets were incorrect. A quick email to their customer service and the error was swiftly sorted. I personally cannot fault the service that they provide. I've never had any problems with any of the seeds I have purchased would highly recommend and will certainly be back for more.

Plants were despatched on a THURSDAY not delivered until MONDAY in very hot weather EVRI as a carrier is costing you money by being slow to deliver, parcels held at their hub too long.

Plants arrived in a dreadful condition.
A lot of TLC and they are now ok. Did send an e-
mail complaining but got no response so rather disappointed.
