Placed an order at the end of December 2024. It has not been despatched. I have had no response to emails. There is no telephone number. I am very disappointed because I expected better from this company.

As with many others on here, the shirts are top class, and providing you never need to return one I would recommend TP all day long.
However, the customer service, the second you need a refund, is none existent.

Constantly e-mailed for shirts that did not turn up. No response.

No refund, despite returning on time and zero response from customer services. VERY DISAPPOINTED

returned items, which i can see were received a month ago. No refund and no response from customer service messages or emails i have sent. I have no idea why the product can be so good but the customer service be almost scam levels of bad.

Tried to return a shirt. They said it was outside the 28 day window. It wasn't. Immediately emailed their customer service. They state 24 - 48 hour response. Never heard back. Emailed them again and again no response. No 800 # cannot get an answer.

Wanted to exchange a shirt. Telephoned Thomas Pink and was promised a call back. Nothing! Eventually posted shirt requesting refund. No acknowledgement and no refund. Have telephoned 3 times - promised call back, again nothing. They appear incompetent and inefficient. I did want to swap shirt but think this maybe a step too far for their system, that is assuming they have a system

My wife bought me a shirt for my birthday. She bought it well in advance and saved it for gifting on my birthday. It's one size too big. But unfortunately, it's well past the 14 day limit (very short) and now Thomas Pink will not accept it for refund.

The shirts changed in quality a lot over the past few years. Used to be a favorite and have a closet filled with them, but alas, no more.

Indeed, I have a ripped shirt that is very clearly a manufacturing defect. After contacting them, the offered to look at it at my own expense. Then after sending detailed pictures again, they offered to look at it again, at my own expense. Then, after asking again, they offered to reimburse my shipping of the shirt.

While that may seem like a nice offer and they were polite (and other companies offer a label to print at home cf. an online return), I have little faith they will honor that after noting others in the same situation had to repetitively argue for this. In fact, why not simply offer the label?

I suspect this is a systemic issue in the customer service and shift in shirt quality. Would take a lot for me to invest more in a closet filled with their shirts.

I greatly like Thomas Pink shirts, ties, blazers and cufflinks. They are a solid choice for business. My negative review is solely based upon my disappointment that the outlet store at Clarksburg Outlet in Maryland, USA is no longer truly offering outlet prices consistent with their early practice. Yes, I can afford the higher price but for everyday business I believe that Charles Tyrwhitt and other similar level British shirt makers are better value for the money. If one wants the quality of Turnbull & Asser, Hawes & Hudson or some of the other great names one can find on Jermyn Street in London, go for it as I will do at times. Pink had been my business step up to Tyrwhitt, but perhaps no longer. Just a thought.

I bought a number of white shirts from TP at about £60 each. After not nany wears the shirt and cuffshave gone 'grey' and marked. I believe that this should not happen witha 'premium' brand. I shall now try another shirt company.

In reply to TP below - Yes, they are by telling me that the 'wear' is expected. I disagree completely and believe your other potential customers would too.

Cheshire oaks outlet store, was in there for a few mins trying to find right size shirt, staff not offered to help,just stood behind the till talking, went next door to Hackett and bought shirts there instead, can't abide uninterested shop staff.

Thomas Pink sent the wrong shirt! I returned the shirt expecting the refund to be processed automatically.

However 7 days after the shirt was received by Thomas Pink I have still not received my refund! I have emailed Thomas Pink 3 times requesting the refund and have not received a reply to any of my emails!

Update

11 days passed and still no refund but Thomas Pink have contacted me (only yesterday evening) to ask me to send all the relevant information again because they stated "we have been out of office" not sure what that means!

Very poor service seriously would not consider buying anything from Thomas Pink again

Thomas Pinks' response today to not replying to my previous emails is for me to email the same email address again!

Still haven't received my refund so would suggest Thomas Pink customer service stop sending standard paragraphs to me and read all the emails I have sent them and arrange a refund as they have had the returned goods for 2 weeks now!

Very poor customer service being compounded by incompetence.

Staff were very unhelpful and didn't pay me any attention when I had questions.

I went to look for a shirt while waiting at the airport at Heathrow
and found the thomas pink store Loved their producrs

So when I got back I went on line and found their site

Easy to use and a Sale too. Found shirts I liked but not sure of the fit
So ordered 3 and waited for them to arrive.

Really fast delivery only 3 days from order.Tried and liked two and sent one back Super well packed Really nice touch Pink box Great Service Great Products Especially SALE price would recommend

Great white shirt bar. Consistent, classic, no fuss and well made. Plain white poplin short irons well.

You can either buy them online, in which case they come in a few days, or at department stores like Selfridges and they make me very happy, Wouldn't buy any other white shirt.
