Place late Nov - Late Dec Website Gone

I have an order that place late Nov. received email stating the received it, and it was processing and to check status click link. First - I have never had an issue with ThisNew in 5 years. I went to check status, and received time out on the webpage. I thought it was a temporary issue. Went back a week later, same issue. Sent an to service dept, and it went through. Gave it another week, now this is 3 weeks in. Still no website. Company still has social media presence on FB and Instagram so I message via though those sites. A week later nothing. No website, and now when I email the service email, it get bounced back. I have to take it that they shut down and never said a word to any of their customers. I don't know if my order shipped out or not. The customer hasn't reach back to me. So maybe it did before this all happened. I'm going to wait and see if my customer received their item. But that is pretty crappy not to give a heads up about completely shutting down. Now I have to go through my site, and everything with them I need to move to a new POD. That sucks!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I have 3 orders that should've been shipped more than a week ago but their website has been down FOR LITERAL DAYS so I can't check for tracking or anything.. wth is happening right now? are they shutting down or? like you can't just do that without giving notice to sellers who buy from you.. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I've e-mailed them asking for the tracking numbers and still no reply from them.. I had been slowly switching products from them to Yoycol and I guess I'll have to do the same for the remaining thisnew products I am still selling on my store.. should've done it already (complete switch) as stuff was taking absolutely AGES to be manufactured and ship for A WHILE NOW... it's the silk fans I feel sorry about, as they were selling really well.. ugh.. I can't believe they would just shut everything down like this without giving notice first.. like what in the world..

Have had no issues for years but now…

Have had no issues for years but now when I need to place an order for my Etsy customer their website won't even load. Trying over and over again. I started reading reviews here and decided to re-create the needed product with another company and think I will slowly start to change from ThisNew to other companies. Update January 2026: I emailed them after a few days and it bounced. Website still gone so I assume they are out of business without even notifying any of their customers which is poor form.

I would give a negative review if I…

I would give a negative review if I could. Have ordered 20 print on demand items in Nov-Dec period. All 20 items were late. By as much as 3 weeks, that is just horrible especially during holiday season. No late notifications were given and no apologies and not willing to expedite shipment. And out of 20 orders. 5 orders had quality issues. Some of them were shipped with partial quantity because some did not pass their own QC. I have not received a single refund on the partial quantities shipped. 1 had the print done on the wrong side and sewing was not complete and they are not willing to refund on this?????!!!!!!!

Waiting almost 2 months to get a terrible double printed piece of garbage

After waiting almost 2 months to get one item . They said it was so long because the item didn't pass inspection and couldn't be sent. So finally it arrived. It was probably one of the worst things I've ever seen. Not even a thrift shop would take it. The print was double and part of the print was on the pocket and part was off the pocket. It was if someone was drunk and seeing double. The sleeve prints were in an extremely wrong area as well. It looked like a reject from a blind person making something. So after fighting with paypal, they agreeded it was bad and I had to have it sent back, which of course would take a lot more money than the total cost of the item and shipping was in the first place. If you care, even just a little bit about your business and reputation, please stay away. I've talked to others, and they have the same horror stories. I do use 3 other companies from China, and they are wonderful. This is a warning to anyone, don't walk but run far from this scam site. I promise you that you will get scammed, the products you see is not what the customers get. This has happened more than once, and I finally learned my lesson. It went from an ok company to the bottom of the barrel.

Terrible Experience


Terrible Experience – Do Not Buy from ThisNew.com

I have had an awful experience with ThisNew.com. My orders have been delayed for way too long – it’s been over 20 days, and I am still waiting for my products to be shipped. This is completely unacceptable!

My clients are furious because they want their products, and all I've received are excuses. To make things worse, I’ve requested a refund, but they flat-out refused to return my money. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their business.

Save yourself the headache and stay away from ThisNew.com. I won’t be doing business with them again!

Won't recommend if you don't wanna get bad reviews on your store

Company takes ages to produce + ship
Quality of the products is mediocre at best, sewing quality is horrible so get ready for a high percentage of bad reviews from customers
Constantly messing up addresses, so personalized items get sent to wrong customers

On the up side there are some interesting products that other sellers don't have but what's the point really if the quality is trash...

Everything is LATE!!

Everything is late!!! This company doesn't seem to understand or care that when they ship stuff off late and a customer complains then Etsy will refund the customer and the seller is out both their profit and the cost of what they paid This New. And then they have the nerve to battle over this in Paypal. i don't recommend. You will end up with angry customers and be out of money!

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS DO…

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.......I have used this company for over a year now and lately they have become very untrustworthy. Especially with the new shipping service provider they are using. Lost 3 parcels this week, Destroyed two of my orders, taking one month to follow up on another parcel they lost. Refusing to refund and replace wrong orders making it hard for my customers to get the RIGHT order. Refuse to let you speak to a manager. Im done, after over 600 orders this year i have taken Thisnew off my product list. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED DO NOT TRUST....

So far really satisfied. I am an artist and ordered several allover print products. I like the quality of sneakers, backpacks, small bags and umbrellas. And special bonus is good supporting team.

If you're looking to lose customers

If you're looking to lose customers, ThisNew is the perfect choice for you. Their customer service deserves no more than one star. Shipping is consistently delayed, prices change abruptly, and during holidays, some products' prices are raised by over 30% without prior warning, causing significant inconvenience to customers relying on their store. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

Looks good at first sight but lots of problems. Low quality products, a lot of shipping delays, late arrivals, damaged products, misprinted products, etc. Sample order arrived with damage but they covered a replacement so I decided to continue. Once I started selling to customers, received complaint after complaint, a lot of products arrived with printing errors, damaged, stained, etc. Nearly always without damage to the package so the items were clearly shipped with existing errors, meaning none or bad quality control. The customer service refuses to help even if the issues are clearly their fault. Had to refund customers for over 15% of orders placed with ThisNew. Will never work with ThisNew again, just headaches and problems.

Amazing!!!

Amazing!!!! I absolutely loooooooved the product I ordered. I ordered the Mini Jewelry Travel Cases White Jewelry Box Gift Box Storage Organizer, I designed for it, and ordered, i got it 10 days later. I was and still am so amazed by the quality of the print, great colors and details, incredible!!!!! I will definitely use this company again and recommend to everyone!!!!! For material PU, print technique UV. Theproduct self is also amazing, super high quality!!!!

Thoughtful Present

This is the gift I got for my sweetheart! The custom necklace I got looks so captivating. Only thing is, it could've been made and delivered a bit quicker. But overall, I'm pleased with houw this necklace turn out!

Unique Clothing Options

I use them because they offer unique clothing options specifically dresses that I have not found on any other POD websites for my store GamestrissGraphics.com. The fabric is good and prints are usually good too. I wear a lot of them myself and have gotten good feedback for most of them. These dresses take up to 3 weeks to produce, I found their production time for most of their items much slower than other POD companies and I am stuck doing damage control, reminding the customer it'll be worth the wait. I have taken the Express Shipping option out of my store because it makes no sense with the production time being 3 weeks. When I did offer it, my customers still got it late. When it comes to refunds, I have never been granted one, although I have had to eat costs myself and issued my customer a refund because the wrong sizes were listed and my customers were all complaining. Once they updated the sizing on their site, it was my word against theirs because I never took a screenshot. Who would think they would need to? They have responded to my inquires, although it takes them a day to respond. They do try and help resolve the issue in most cases. The things I would like to see improved are - Better shipping partners who provide image of delivery - They do have some but they all need to do it. Faster mock up tool, waiting for the images to load takes up a lot of my time. It shouldn't be this slow. The unique clothing designs and black model/mockups have kept me using them. Please keep adding african american mockups.
