I absolutely love being a member of Third Space Battersea. Lucy Curtis's Pulse classes are exceptional and have transformed my fitness. And Brendan Crawford's Method class is my weekly non negotiable! The reception team are always so welcoming, it's a pleasure to go to the gym.

The price is not worth it the place has barely any decent equipment the staff are happy to help if they think you have money. This place is money motivated nothing about health. Just a new place

Expensive rude staff not enough machines, paying full price when the spa and stuff are not working. They will put the prices down no one pays it’s all cooperate who get discounts.
LOVE!
I love going to Third Space. I’ve been a member of the Richmond location for over a year and I find the experience to be unmatched. I usually stick to classes and the variety Third Space offers is so great. I get to do pilates, lift weights, practice meditation or cycle whenever I want. I also feel that with workout classes cost these days, I’m saving money. I will say some classes get booked REALLY fast so I need to plan some workouts a couple of days in advance if I want to get in (though most times I’m able to get in from the waitlist). The instructors are also incredible and know what they preach. In general the facilities are gorgeous, the staff is nice and helpful, I love the recovery equipment and so impressed by the yoga and pilates studios and the spa area.
Highly recommend
Highly recommend! Really well equipped gym and amazing to have a swimming pool in the heart of Soho! The staff at Soho have nurtured a really friendly and welcoming community feel, which is so unique in a city as big as London and really differentiates this club from others in the area. Favourite classes are vinyasa yoga with Oceana and Echo - both incredible teachers. ‘Lift’ (great, weights-only HIIT class) with Liv is also a favourite! Really useful to have food and fresh protein shakes on site too, and the staff running the bar are fab!! (Shout out to Tane, Tori, Mercedes, Holly and Kat!)

I can’t praise the Richmond Third Space highly enough! The mix of classes means I can get both a great work out with exceptional trainers, but also focus on mindfulness through some gentle yin yoga or a sound bath. Throw in a lovely spa area and you have all you need to feel great.
Love Third Space!
Clean, luxurious, excellent gym with so many classes to choose. Class instructors are excellent, facilities are top-notch. Lots of locations around town!
A gym that’s worth every penny
A gym that’s worth every penny
everyone e goes on about how third space is so pricey etc but it’s not for what you get. Clean immaculate spaces. Amazing classes. Relaxation and recovery. All in one place. State of the art everything. It’s my piece of heaven.
Definitely worth the money you pay
Definitely worth the money you pay, I come 4-5 times a week and the staff are always super friendly, equipment is great, sense of community is incredible. Also like a cheeky snack sometimes from Natural Fitness, a great way to level up your fitness journey.
Best Gym by far
I've been going to the Third Space Canary Wharf and Wood Wharf for over a year now. It's by far the best gym l've ever been too and couldn't be happier about it. I always have a good experience being there and most importantly l've never been so consistent going to classes and gym. I'm always looking forward to be there no matter how early the classes I booked are, and that says a lot.. I genuinely have nothing negative to say, I really love it! My favourite Pilates instructors are Amanda Khouv-Lim, Fallon Stocker, and Anna Britton! I look better than ever before and I’m looking forward for this new year at the Third Space!

First Rate Equipment, Even Better Team
The equipment is first rate at Third Space Soho, especially since the new machines were fitted on the ground floor. The highlight for me it the Third Space team, they are welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.
Exceptional facilities
Exceptional facilities, welcoming staff, and wide variety of classes.
Sally is our favourite coach - unbelievably professional.
This place is life changing!
Friendly team
Friendly team. Good atmosphere and good swimming pool facilities. Has sauna/steam and usual gym equipment. Smaller than some but that helps with the friendly personal atmosphere. I use it regularly as a result.
I had repeated unauthorised and unlawful charges from Third Space Canary Wharf.
I had repeated unauthorised and unlawful charges from Third Space Canary Wharf.
They continued charging me for private training sessions two months after they had ended and increased the amount from the agreed £240 to £585 per month without consent. My cancellation requests were ignored, and charges continued despite clear notice.
I had to recover the payment through my bank. Now they are threatening debt collectors instead of resolving their own billing mistakes.
Extremely poor and unfair business practices.
£250 a Month for This? Completely Unacceptable
This has been the worst gym experience I’ve had in London, especially at this price point.
For months there have been hygiene issues, including persistent strong body odour in the training areas. That alone is unacceptable for a club charging around £250 per month.
The final incident happened during my last visit on Friday, when I found actual human shit left in the shower area. I have photographic evidence. That was the breaking point. No one paying this kind of money should ever encounter something like that.
What makes it worse is how cancellation has been handled. I requested to terminate my membership immediately, yet emails go unanswered and there is no urgency shown despite the seriousness of the issue. For a “premium” brand, the response has been as poor as the hygiene.
I have trained at Equinox as well, at a similar price point, and the difference in cleanliness, environment and overall quality is significant. If you are considering spending this amount in London, you are far better off going there.
After what I experienced, I will not be returning
Best Gym In Richmond
Amazing gym, has everything you need. Great classes like Hyrox, spinning, Hot yoga and Reformer Pilates
When Loyalty Isn’t Matched by Respect
After more than a decade working here, this place was more than just a job, it was home. I gave over 10 years of my professional life, built a fantastic community, and truly believed in what we were doing.
The way my time ended was incredibly disappointing and has made it difficult to return or even view the organisation in the same light. When you invest that much of yourself somewhere, you hope your departure will be handled with respect and integrity.
As my one-year anniversary since leaving approaches, it’s clear how much the experience impacted me. I don’t regret the years of hard work, but I do regret how it concluded.
I hope that in the future, I will be able to return to a place I once called home, with fonder memories and a warmer heart.
