I really like thexyz to source my work emails. Especially like the email admin aspect which funnels all domain emails to one place.

Thexyz is a good product that has allowed me to protect my emails from any attempt to steal information, has a user-friendly interface that adapts perfectly to my needs being fast, allowing me to write and send my emails immediately and safely.

TheXYZ has written the most efficient spam filter in existence: simply tag everything as spam and let the customer sort it out. My whitelist now includes ebay, Amazon, PayPal, UPS, USPS, WA.Gov, Etsy and a host of other major players, because otherwise TheXYZ will send them to your spam folder. Legitimate email from some of the biggest businesses on the web, yet somehow they tag them as spam.
Complaining to support is futile, they don't seem to see anything wrong with forcing every, single, customer to whitelist every, single, business on the web.
Okay, it's not a bug - it's a feature! So I'm writing this review to let prospective customers know about this wonderful feature.

UPDATE: The responder is correct, TheXYZ does not "delete" mail incorrectly tagged as spam - they send it to your spam folder. I've updated the review appropriately.

They also did tell me how to use the whitelist - something I already knew. My problem is that I have to do so in the first place. I do not believe their expectations are reasonable.

They also told me that I had to manually parse the email header in order to determine whether the mail had been sent from a subdomain as their whitelist does not recognize subdomains. I do not believe that this is reasonable either.

FUNNY: When I first posted this review, I sent them a link. Their first action was to try to convince TrustPilot that I wasn't a user. Then they tried to claim that my review used insulting language.

If they find accurate descriptions of their service insulting, they might try fixing their bugs instead of suppressing reviews.

My experience with Thexyz has been for the most part top notch. For the quality of service and prices to match, within this industry they are unparalleled. When it comes to web hosting and data networking trust me, Perry Toone is your man. From A to XYZ.

I've also been using Thexyz for my personal mail for years. Some of the other email services you can use like Gmail, G Suite have nice looking web clients with some nice features, but Thexyz is the only mail service I've used where I trust that they're doing all they can to make sure the right mail gets to the right place promptly and dealing with the spam and other problem emails better than anyone else. I used to have some accounts that became unusable because of the amount of spam they received. I moved them to use Thexyz and hey presto, they're perfectly usable again.

Thexyz is a premium email service with exceptional service, features and reliability. While the paid version has far more features than the free service, it is worth every penny if you value your email.

Thexyz has been my primary email account for over 2 years. I made the switch from Gmail after my "free" account was compromised. Google locked me out and there was no recourse. Is Thexyz as flashy as Gmail? Probably not, but it is very configurable (spam, aliases, etc). I also know that my emails are not being scanned for targeted advertisements unlike the big guys. After 10 years, I have come to trust Thexyz with my private information and know that my account is secured.

Overall, I’m very happy with Thexyz. A paid email service isn’t for everyone, but if you really want to own and take control of your email, then you should give Thexyz a look.

I have been moving away from a mix of Gmail and web host email offerings, and for what I was looking for, their premium webmail plan is perfect for me. I get to use my own domain and create as many email aliases as I want.

Every mailing list and company gets its own unique email address alias, I also set up a throwaway alias every month. When one of these aliases is sold on, taken in a data breach or otherwise misused, I can immediately shut it down.

Even those clever companies that block Mailinator addresses can’t do anything against this.

The web interface is good, it has a few visual flourishes, but it’s nothing to get excited about.

Support has been helpful, I’ve had a few queries and suggestions and they have all been well answered and in a reasonable amount of time.

And I haven’t even explored their other services yet, there’s Cloud Drive (something like Dropbox or Google Drive), Notes and Calendar.

I was having so many problems with Gmail for business and was amazed at how fast and reliable and non google service can be. I used to wait ages for mail to arrive and now my email is blazing fast!

Excellent and easy to use email service that keeps getting better. I really like how there are no advertisements taking over the screen and recent developments have really helped increase the speed of the web application.

I find that the biggest problem with most email providers is the spam filtering. Until I started using Thexyz which seems to have excellent spam filtering. I can honestly say that I do not get any spam now. May be one or two a week at most but then I can easily block them with a simple click of a button. I like that there are no ads and seems like a very private service.
