NOT posible to return an order
I placed an order on the 5 of april - received the items on the 10 and today on the 14 I have contacted them regarding retour. Their answer is that I only have 14 days to return the order - very unsatisfying, considered that I have only had the items for 4 days (2 of the days were the weekend, where I was not at home (not their concern though)
My experience from other companies is that the return shall happen within 14 days from RECIEVING the order NOT from the day the order is placed.
Therefore I can NOT recommend this place - unless you are very sure you are keeping the items you order

Item was received in good condition, but the packing can be improved because the bag was squashed. Nonetheless an authentic piece at outlet price, so nothing to complain about

Very good experience
I ordered a designer handbag and was bit nervous because of the negative reviews. My experience was very good as I received the bag as described, the price was unbeatable and I received my order on time. I had a delivery issue with the courier, also here customer service was polite and fast. I can't complain at all.
