It has been 2 months still no delivery or even update on delivery status. Link to tracking as said the same thing for over a month. Shipped. This is a scam site. Keep away.

I have emailed them multiple times regarding my order and have heard nothing back.. Very poor customer service. I will not be shopping with them again.

I wish I’d of looked at this before ordering. I purchased a dress and it was to small. I paid £15 to return this and contacted the company who responded after a week saying they had it. Still no refund. I’m 3 weeks in and no one is responding and I’m Owed £105
I’m a single mum and work hard for my money I’m really upset that they don’t have the decency to communicate.
Stay away from there shop, they don’t deserve your business

Was slightly nervous to order after reading some reviews but overall I had a great experience. I ordered 2 dresses which arrived after a week to Ireland (no custom charges). Loved one dress but another was too small. I emailed and Chloe helped arrange a return for me and outlined when I should expect my refund, which I received within the timeframe.

Do not use this shop (also called AndSelene). Incorrect and poor quality items received many weeks after ordering and they have ignored my request for a refund of the returned items, so have had to get credit card company involved. Such a scam.

Donot buy from this store. I bought from here on 11th march and delivery took ages so returned from door. I never heard back from them for refund. Had to dispute it through credit card company. Stay away from this company. They will stay in touch when you order not when you return the dresses.

Ordered a dress, waited over 4 weeks for it to be delivered. The tracking number didn't work and then was told that there was a problem at customs and it would have to be sent out again or I could have a refund. I opted for the refund and was told I'd be contacted within 24 hours to confirm, 3 days later I've had to chase them up again.

The products look beautiful, its just such a shame its so difficult for them to get them delivered!

Unfortunately after waiting a very long time for my order (almost 6 weeks) they sent an incorrect size! I sent it back and unfortunately the size I ordered was too small. Everything seems to be very small fitting! There was an issue with trying to get my refund but it eventually happened. Cant understand why delivery takes so long. It's an online shop based in Kilkenny and I live in Dublin. Very disappointing experience. Would love some of their pieces but with delivery and sizing problems it's too much bother.

I ordered a jumper on their website. There was a slight problem with delivery (completely not the vantage store's fault) and they were incredible. I stayed in touch with a lovely lady via their Instagram page and they sorted it out. The jumper I received was absolutely stunning- incredible quality and fit. Will definitely shop there again.

I have now ordered 3 times from the Vantage store. And have had no problems! They have gorgeous dresses! The only thing is the lead time can be quite long so it’s good to shop for that special occasion in plenty of time. One of my orders I had to exchange for another size, and after contacting them initially on Instagram they replied very quickly with an email address to contact and it was sorted with no problems at all. Will definitely buy from them again. ☺️

Unfortunately the dress I wanted to purchase was out of stock but the customer service was outstanding. I got a very fast response when enquiring about the dress. The lovely lady was so kind and tried her very best to help me. I highly recommend purchasing from the vantage store just because of how nice and helpful they are. Absolute bonus that the dresses are stunning
