to be honest I was sceptical about buying from a company I had never heard off, but I needed a laptop that was reliable just for work doing work bits, yet with in a manageable price range and this company showed up on my search. after reading the reviews, ben advertised the tech with full spec's nothing was hidden yes it was reconditioned, yes it only held 80% of the battery but the price point was spot on, the description was perfect, the communication was top notch the only downfall so far is I can not give this post a 6* star rating.

A lot of recycling computer companies have popped up with seemingly endless laptops available at every price point. I went from one to another endlessly wondering what was the right deal and I ended up with the tech outlet because they gave the full spec, with the processor reference that really put it above the competition. Great computer, happy customer.

I bought a reconditioned laptop from this company, and it's very good. I had a problem with charging it, but Ben replied to all my e-mails, and sent me another charger. Their customer service is excellent, which is unusual nowadays. They give a year's warranty, so you can buy with confidence.

Noticed a seemingly "too good to be true" price on an HP Probook 440 G7 laptop, which I thought would make a great pressie for my pal's birthday and msjd to confirm details...Ben couldn't have been more helpful if he'd tried! Sent numerous pics and confirmed it was in excellent condition (it was indeed!) I bought a 2022 laptop in 2023 it looks like brand-new and it works like brand-new. It had a fresh install of windows 11 with all the updates and was at a bargain price saving me hundreds of pounds.
