If you like wasting your money, then go ahead and contact this company. I booked them last month to clean my entire house, but the work was not done properly. My carpets started smelling after they left, and there were still visible stains and dirt on both my carpet and sofa.

I contacted them and provided proof of the poor-quality work. They assured me they would arrange a visit to fix the issues, but since then, I have received no response.

I will be leaving this review on every platform possible, including Facebook, to warn others. Do not use their services unless you want your money wasted.

BEWARE!!!!This is a complete bait and switch! Terrible with communication and I should have known better than to schedule an appointment with them.

The appointment was scheduled for 10 to 12 and they called me at 7 AM and said they were on their way after confirming the time twice? Then they arrived an hour late With a portable cleaner that I could have rented from the grocery store and did myself. The price of $109 increased if I actually wanted the carpet cleaned and not just hot water. On top of that they use your water and your electricity. The entire company is a huge scam and I can’t believe they are still in business??

We were looking to have our floor tiles in our 115 sq. ft hallway cleaned and treated. We spoke to SteamMasters on the phone and was quoted .45 $ plus .10 $ for sealing so in total .55 $ per sq. ft which is an amazing price almost to good to be true so we booked it. The following day 2 guys showed up and look at the floor and suddenly the price jumped to 4.15 $ per sq. ft 10 times what we quoted on the phone.
How can it turn into 10 times more ????????

This is not how you run a serious business

Steam Masters LLC did a fantastic job with my carpet. They were timely, efficient and left my stained carpet looking practically new.

After wasting an entire Saturday on trying to clean my carpets on my own, I decided to give you a call. At first I was a little hesitant to pay someone to do something I thought I could do myself, but I am glad I did! My carpets not only look brand new, but you got out stains I never thought would come out. Your customer service is on point, and your guys were RIGHT ON TIME! I will definitely be recommending Steam Masters LLC services.

They did a great carpet cleaning job. Steam Masters LLC gave me a quote over the phone that was actually the price that I paid when they finished doing the job. Thank you very much.
