I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my children shortly before Christmas expecting delivery after Christmas and the delivery arrived incredibly quickly. My children are thrilled with their party shoes. Sizing was accurate in my case after I followed the measurement instructions. I suspect I will return to order in future.

Really happy with the ordering, delivery and quality of products. My daughter loved the shoes and the little treat in the box for xmas was a lovely extra. I needed to return one pair of shoes though and the free returns label provided is no longer accepted by the Post Office. I've emailed asking for a valid replacement but I'm yet to have a response. On top of a wasted trip to the Post office.

Excellent customer service - arranged for next day delivery for me. Courier let them down though so the shoes arrived too late. No quibble refund for both the delivery and the shoes. Would definitely buy from them in the future.

Lovely shoes, my daughter will love them!

The item I originally ordered was too small so I sent it back using the pre-paid postage label. I received an email from the company to confirm receipt of my return and to let me know they would send out the next size up as soon as possible.
I let them know that the item ordered was for a special occasion, happening in a few days time and they coughs even been more helpful. They offered to send out my order that day, first class and the item was received in good time for the event.

Glad I found this website was looking for a gift for my neices got them the red and blue velvet shoes . They are brilliant look very expensive and also came with a free head band each which matches the shoes bonus . So happy Thankyou would definitely recommend x
