Excellent company.
Spoke directly to Aaron uk sales manager. He provided excellent customer service throughout booking.
Even though our booking changed numerous times, Aaron and the company was supportive and helped minise disruption.
We even payed late, and thus wasn't an issue as long as you are honest and transparent.
All activities was class, especially the bull ring.
Hotel was in a great location and were perfect for our needs. Very clean and facilities good.

Would recommend. In fact in the process of booking another one stag trip.

I have just come back from Valencia, where I organised a stag party for 15 guys over a weekend. We used The Spain Event for organising the activities on the stag - which were: Baby Bull running, beer bike, Party boat trip, and a guided bar crawl, with some queue jump tickets. The events were great, with the exception of the beer bike, which was 20 minutes out of town, and we were cycling around some random back streets - but we made our own fun. This is not the fault of The Spain Event, as Valencian authorities have banned the activity in the city.

I was a bit anxious about using The Spain Event as they are not well known within the UK, but we had great treatment. Aaron was good with keeping in contact, although I would have liked the itinerary a bit sooner (but that's me being pedantic).

I would have no hesitation with recommending them to anyone else.

Very professional & Friendly service

Excellent! Everything booked was great fun and more then we can have imagined.
We went paddle boarding and on a boat party which had amazing food and music, we all loved every minute of it.
We also had a great table in the club booked for us! All at such a great price.

Well what can I say about this company .....The Spain Event...... Absolutely fantastic !!! We dealt with Aaron Chaucer with our 7 group Hen weekend Flamenco Dance Lesson & from start to finish he was just amazing , professional & true to his word just perfect ! The dance lesson was amazing with Jose the tutor & we all wore our flamenco dresses to make it extra special & more fun ! We had lovely wine & nibbles afterwards !! Just so worth every penny !
Thanks a million Aaron for all your help & making it a weekend to remember for the bride to be & her hens!

Very good company. We use them to book events for a stag do in Valencia. We ended up booking the beer bike and a VIP table and entry to Umbracle / Mya club. All went off without a hitch. We received full itineraries and vouchers and week prior to arrival and Aaron was very helpful and always on hand to answer questions. It's always a bit of a worry booking these things over the internet when you haven't visited the city previously but we had an excellent experience and I'd recommend The Spain Event to anyone.

The best hen party in Valencia!

Thank you for organizing the most fantastic trip for the 13 of us. Our main contact for the trip from The Spain Event was Aaron who booked our stay and he was so helpful throughout, even when our numbers changed he was able to sort it all out for us so the whole process was stress free.

We stayed in the beautiful Valencia Luxury Apartments, a penthouse overlooking the city with a hot tub on the balcony. The main activity was a catamaran cruise where we went out swimming and had paella and mojitos, this was a real highlight. We also had club entry to L'Umbracle - a nightclub that was out of this world. Our rep Mike was really helpful and helped organize where we needed to be and when, checked us in the apartments and he also shared a lot of local knowledge on the best cocktail bars to go to in the evening. Overall, a fantastic trip and we would all definitely use The Spain Event again in future for organizing a group trip abroad. Thank you so much!

Great work to Aaron and the team for organising, no issues with any part of the booking all worked like clockwork. Lisbon was amazing for a stag party.

Me and 7 friends used this as part of a hen package. The bar was friendly and the host was very informative. The cocktails were tasty we got 4 varieties

We were after some last minute suggestions for our stag party to Valencia and The Spain Event, in particular Aaron, were there to guide us, offer suggestions and some much needed advice. The service was faultless, the guidance second to none - one of a few companies that actually listen to what you are after and then try to tailor fit activities etc... to those needs.
Even though we weren't the biggest weekend package, Aaron's attention to detail and commitment was very much appreciated and contributed to a phenomenal weekend away. Thanks Aaron.

Service was great and very efficient. Aaron even helped me with recommendations of places to go and eat whilst we were there. Would use them again. Boat was amazing too!

When we had a problem with one of the night clubs we simply rung the 24hr hotline and they sorted everything, the lady was so helpful and problem resolved quickly and without a fuss

If there was a 3.5 star on here I would give it that.

We booked with The Spain Event for a Hen party in Albufeira, though it wasn't as expected and there was some friction but it was resolved in a professional and courteous manner. Aaron was easy to work with and was on the ball with updates or information needed.

The customer service team also was prominent and quick to respond to my emails. Overall not a bad experience, would consider booking with them again.

Fantastic time had by all in Valencia!! We took the whole company (over 50 people) to Valencia for 3 days for our our annual work trip. Everything was arranged by The Spain Event including hotel, restaurants, activities, transfers.
The whole trip was seamless and more importantly very reasonable.
Airport pick up (3 different flights arriving from different locations),
Large meeting room ready with projector for the company presentation when we arrived with buffet laid on
Fantastic selection of authentic restaurants with price agreed (and all wine a beer included - god send with our lot!)
Out on the Catamaran during the day with lunch and swimming
VIP entry into a stunning outdoor nightclub

Half of the company are already planning to come back and visit again.

I would highly recommend The Spain Event to anyone thinking of taking a group to Spain and apparently they also cover Portugal.... quite fitting as we are already thinking of Lisbon next year!!
