Just received my large sofa throw! Absolutely made up with it. The quality of the fabric is excellent and looks to be hard wearing. I paid £30 for it and quite honestly I can’t believe how such good value it is. Thank you to everyone at The Sofa Throw Company.

The sofa throws are lovely, however I did not receive any confirmation emails for my order or shipping, and the parcel was sent to the wrong address.

Customer service was helpful and sent the tracking link, however they printed the shipping label with an incorrect address so I had to go and retrieve my parcel. Thankfully the address they sent it to was close by.

I ordered a large 3 seater sofa throw, it arrived very quickly and it is great quality. We are over the moon with it, we are going to be ordering a second throw.

Just received my large throw and was not to pleased firstly with colour, looked more duck egg blue than grey .
When opening the packaging the smell I got was awful, it is obviously being stored in a damp area, the throw smelt disgusting. To be honest I wished I had just repacked it and returned it ,but no I washed it . I will not use it as a sofa throw as it has all fluffy bits coming off it and honestly the material used is naff !!!
I have paid £45 for a throw to cover furniture in my shed .
Don’t waste your money on this bad quality items

The communication, response and customer care has been outstanding. The quality of the products is excellent too. I absolutely recommend this company. I read the negative reviews after I'd placed my order, so I contacted the company through their website with my concerns. They could not have been more open and reassuring, I really welcomed that, and the service that followed has been first class.

I placed an order of several items and only one turned up !!! It was only after chasing up the whereabouts of the remainder of my order that I received a refund as they said there had been a flood and all the other items had been damaged.
The throw I received was advertised as grey herringbone but just to advise other customers it's a very bluey grey ,,,
Also I paid by paypal, consequently I did not receive any formal order confirmation or receipt from the company , not sure if this is normal ....?

In response to the sofa company's reply ...
Firstly I was merely pointing out the shade of grey to help others it wasn't actually a criticism. However what I do take exception to, is saying that I did not send an email ! Please see below the email sent with regard to the enquiry about the whereabouts of the missing items ...

Good morning,
I placed an order on the 1stMay for £94.96and received notification from DPD that it would be arriving today.
The delivery arrived this morning but unfortunately when I opened the package most of the order was not there, in fact the only item that was there was the sofa throw, no sheepskin rug or selection of pictures….?!
I would be grateful if you could let me know when the remainder of my order will arrive.

I also stand by the comment I made about not receiving a formal order confirmation but please note it was a question not an accusation !!

I brought 2 sofa throws from this company for £35 each and £10 delivery. The quality of them is really poor. They claim to be 100% cotton! There are fibers coming off left right and center. My floor is always covered in blue fluff and so are our clothes. My sofas are actually ruined from using the throws. I did email them about this and they wanted me to send them back at my own expense! They throws are really heavy and I wasn't able to take them to get then sent off as I was heavily pregnant at the time. I ended up throwing them away in the end as they are terrible for our health! Would never order or recommend these throws. Complete waste for £80.

I have ordered a large throw back in November 2023, never received. Sent various emails and tried to contact them via phone but no answer. I ordered through The Home furishing company but got an invoice from this company.
I never got a reply or my £45 back.

Positive experience from start to finish. Throws were fantastic quality, delivered quickly and great communication from the site from start to finish. Would recommend this site to anyone looking for top quality throws for reasonable prices!

This "company" is part of a network of scam companies. Get your money back from your bank.
I placed an order through The home furnishings company and the payment went through as the sofa throw company with a telephone number quoted, which was in fact the numbet of the totally legit sofa snd chair company, who knew nothing of my order.

So I placed an order for a throw and cushions, but only received my throw, I've payed £130.00 and to only receive half the goods to say I'm a little disappointed, I've tried to call but just getting answer phone I've sent two emails but as of yet no reply. But must say my throw is beautiful.

Very sorry to have to be sending this, but thought might get a response as getting no replies from messages left on phone or 'contact us' form sent twice ( have screen shot of message sent and confirmation). Order no. #16425
Basically have been sent a throw with 2 defects and would like a pre paid postage label to return or acknowledgement that will be reimbursed for item and postage if I return item as paid £10 postage to receive.
Do not want replacement in case similar issues arise.
Please could you respond and then I will gladly post on this site with a more positive review when resolved to my satisfaction.

Ordered a throw. Then had to cancel two weeks later as it was about to be dispatched, having been gifted one. They stopped the throw being sent out and refunded within a week.

Ordered curtains was informed that they came from the warehouse damaged as they were the last pair they would give a full refund. The refund was put in my account in 3/4 days. Very happy with the customer service I recieved

I’ve made two orders in the last couple of months. The first order had a slight delay on delivery but Toni emailed me to assure me that this would be rectified the following week once new stock arrived. And it was! (a couple of days delay at most). My second order (similar but in a different colour) arrived bang on time. Very pleased with the quality of the products, the price and the customer service, hence my return business.

Slight delay in my order, but Toni kept me up to date and the throws arrived yesterday and look great.

Never received my order, emailed several times but haven’t had any response.

Paid for good and haven’t turned up. No reply to emails. Should have trusted my gut and listened to the negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I have!

I ordered two very large sofa throws recently. They had just the size and colour I was looking for. I have to say I was a little hesitant based on some reviews here but I received good service. The good quality throws were delivered a few days a few days later without any problems with very good communication and updates from the courier, FDL Ltd. On the basis of my experience, I would order from them again.
