great company, only downside which is not their fault is the extreme tax the australian government puts on the import of snus

Great! Fast delivery via UPS Saver to Kyushu, Japan. Very responsive. Superfast reply by Hans via Email. Thanks alot! I ordered 3 rolls and had to pay only 1700¥ (10€) import tax when the parcel arrived at the hotel. With ordering 2 rolls you shouldn't pay any tax at all. Bad Service - Bad Support.
Real horrible service. Doesn't really help in inquiries and has no information about local VAT and taxes of their products. When asked about it they hide behind their Terms and Policies.
When asked if I could get a refund they also hid behind the terms and policies, because their product is a "perishable goods" they can't do any refunds.
Eventhough their products have never left the box they have been shipped in.
Btw. I got an extra charge from customs of 240$.
Overall really bad experience.

As the person who ordered the merchandise, you are personally responsible for being informed about and understanding the import and customs regulations that apply to Swedish snus and other types of tobacco and nicotine products in your destination country and the rules related to payment of any duties/ fees/ taxes that may be charged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any applicable taxes and duty fees.

I had been in Japan for over 1 month without snus since the snus I had brought from Sweden had run out. Live on the countryside here so no easy access. Decided to order from here, very professional, customer service is both fast and helpful.
