Very Disappointing

After ringing the contact number at 12:30 and NOT being able to place an order until 2 pm (odd since I'd need to order by 3 pm for same-day delivery), I placed an order online for a Medium Pink Haze bouquet, same-day birthday delivery after 5 pm. The website shows a nice picture of the 'medium' size option, priced at £59. After VAT and delivery charges the price was £65.99. While the delivery was made on time, the bouquet was much less bountiful than the advertisement for the same size. There was 3-times more 'greenery' than flower stems. Based on the stems present, there were no substitutions made due to seasonal variation. There were just fewer flower stems - period. I did not receive what I paid for. If the shop believes I did, then I have not received product value equal to the money paid.
Extremely disappointed. Times may be tight, but this is no excuse to sacrifice quality (in this case, trust as well). This was the first, and the final time I use their services.
