We enquired with The Resin Mill to have our patio fitted with resin and from the very beginning the communication was second to none. Jason was very knowledgeable about his product and procedure of installation. He answered all questions we had prior to giving The Resin MIll the instructional order. He then introduced us to their the accredited installation team lead by Matthew who was very clear and informative with how they were going to complete the patio.
The finished product is better than we expected, we absolutely love it, the attention to detail is a testament to the team.
This wasn't an easy install as the team had many challenges from power cuts, to water issues, to getting rid of the existing stone/concrete/rebar/felt/matting as access was limited but that didn't stop them achieving something we are really proud to show off to our family and friends.
I would recommend the Resin Mill and Moli everyday of the week.

I honestly cannot describe how a resin mill driveway has changed the look of my whole house beyond recognition! It makes me smile every time I see it! The compliments just keep coming in! And the practicality of it being permeable means no more weeding cracked concrete!! 🙌🏻The product itself is high quality and leaves an incredible finish, the installers are second to none, the range of colourways is astounding and such good quality. (Mines Dorset cove) Our driveway is so much more useable now and has spurred us on the renovate the rest of the front/side of the house next too! We had a resin drive laid by Ultimate Resin Driveways 2019 costing £18,200. It was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. It was a large driveway and after one week of installation the drive sunk in parts. Stephen called The Resin Mill to take a look as he was convinced there was something faulty about the resin that they supplied. They totally denied there was any fault with the Resin and very clearly stated that Stephen had not carried out the work properly. When we confronted Stephen about this he denied that the drive had not been laid properly. Resin Mill refused to back up their story and denied ever having said that it was down to poor workmanship. The nightmare began. In fairness Stephen did come back and completely dig up the drive and start again. All seemed ok until 3 months down the line and the drive started cracking , sinking and coming away in places.
After much name calling from Stephen, disgusting language, an unprofessional attitude , and solicitors involvement, Stephen came back and dug out the drive for a third time and re-done again. Two attempts to rectify and It is still in a poor state . Stephen is nowhere to be found. Our driveway is Cracked , resin coming away in places and sunken. It is clear that this company are not competent in this field of work and as for the Resin Mill they washed their hands of everything, in my opinion they well and truly threw Stephen under the bus as they say ! Nobody will take responsibility even through we have a 10 year guarantee, its not worth the paper its written on. Why didn't Ultimate Resin just give us our money back !

Amazing Drive
Wow we are so pleased with the final result of our Resin Bound drive that all the neighbours are wanting the same now! Having researched for the best resin product we decided along with our installer to use The Resin Mill, and we’re so glad we did, amazing product, top quality and super efficient service from the team. Delivery of Resin was done on date given and delivered before the installers got on-site. Without doubt the best Resin Bound on market.thank you so much

Right then, here’s a quick review to enlighten some minds out there (edited version) . . . Once I touched base with The Resin Mill, they opened an account for me so I could purchase their products. I would usually expect the bog standard sales pitch expected from any new company wanting my business, but in this case I was so wrong - I’ll explain . . .

Over the last few weeks of phone calls and emails to hopefully satisfy my purchase request - Resin Mill’s top sales advisor (as I see it) Rew, went over and above the call of duty to ensure that I received my products exactly as I wanted them.

The courier that I arranged to pick the parcel up from TRM and deliver back to me were not exactly on the ball in any way with their communication skills during the process, which put many obstacles in the way throughout my parcel’s journey.

I’ve gotta say, that after Louise first took my order, Rew’s follow up certainly pulled out all the stops as far as being on the ball goes and dealt with my placed order as a very professional, attentive and efficient member of the Resin Mill’s team, while having to deal with the issues caused by the external couriers.

From this initial one off experience, I know that because the unnamed couriers DuPeD me, they definitely don’t stand up to the supposëd first class service they boast of (Their words, not mine) and will certainly be receiving further communications on how not to treat new clients.

So just to sum it up, TRM has definitely got a first class service to rely on which I’ll be continuing to use from now on . . . Oh, before you choose a new courier to move your products, Remember my experience - don’t get DuPeD

I have used the resin mill on every time and I wouldn’t look anywhere else being honest. The sales crew are always very helpful and always provide a great service. I 100% recommend the resin mill for all types of resin laying.
