I do not recommend this company. First they sent me the wrong pair of glasses, then they refused to honor the warranty by blaming me for following their instructions of using a mild soap to clean them. These are not quality frames nor customer service. Save your money
I have ordered two pairs of theraspecs to the UK as no where else does these glasses to support my light sensitivity and hemiplegic migraines , after paying and waiting for shipping I received an email saying I had to pay £88 tax to get them delivered. This shocked me as there was no revenant information on their site regarding an estimation on how much the tax will be, if your thinking of buying theraspecs and from the United Kingdom it would be best to try find an alternative as I had already spent nearly £400 before paying tax , therefore my grand total being just under £500 for glasses which are needed medically rather then it being something I actually want to pay out of pocket for in the first place.
