I bought software online - I think this is a SCAM site

I bought software online. I was sent a download file which was fine, but the install needs authoriation with the manhufacturer. I contacted ProRock and eventually got a reply asking questions, then nothing. I can authorise the software so it does not run. I have emailed 5 or 6 times and no response - my assumption this site is a scam site. I will amend the review if this gets resolved.

Looks like scam

I'm not a customer, but I checked their Domain records since I got suspicious about their low price for Serum 2.

This site has been created on December 18, 2025. So it looks like a scam to me. This is backed by a low rating here and on scamadviser.com.

If you look at the reviews on their site, you can also see people claiming they just got the "best price" for days, while the countdown will tell you it's only available for 14hrs.

Plus, there are a lot of "reviews" that have been created before the site has even been set up. For Serum 2, they date back to October 10, 2025.

Looks like a scam site

Looks like a scam site : I was looking to buy the u-He Diva synth and this site is proposing it at -55% with a "sale ending in 10 hours" with a countdown... that restarts afterwards. Its been a week that I have only 10 hours to not miss the sale, lol !
Plus, 0 information concerning the license (Diva is a software)
The important and scary part is that google is putting it in first place when only researching "diva synth". Run away from this I guess ?
