People were excellent, and fun to deal with too, which makes business easier. I thought that the mock ups of the pen I chose were clumsy, in terms of getting a feel for their actual size, and even being able to read the mock up at one stage. That didnt instill confidence, but the staff did, reaching out on two specific occassions to make sure I was happy with the way the purchase was unfolding. The product has arrived, exactly what I was after, and I will use them again. Thank you.
