Bought my mum the Equilibrium Glam Rox Sparkle Rings Silver Plated Necklace to match her earrings for her birthday. Was hunting around everywhere to find them and thankfully The Present Shop had them online and they provided Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery. I ordered it on Friday morning and it came the following day on Saturday morning. Amazing service! Came in wonderful protective packaging and a lovely free gift box. Very pleased with their service and I know my mum is going to love this! Thank you The Present Shop ☺️

I have ordered from The Present Shop twice. Items have been well price and delivered quickly. One item was unfortunately damaged, communication was swift and concise via email with the offer of a replacement or refund. Very pleased with the items ordered and will likely order again.

Delivery has taken a while, ordered on 24th November and only received an email 13th December to advise items have been despatched.

Excellent in every way. Fast delivery. Packaging was really good. I was looking for a mug that I couldn't find anywhere until I discovered the Present Shop. I am very pleased with my purchase including the other items I received.

Delivery was later than expected, but that was down to Royal Mail not the Present Shop, very impressed with the high quality packaging used to protect my items, they were in perfect condition and look really good. Customer Service answered my query promptly. Would definitely use again.

I had a terrible experience. First, I could not create an account on the site. When I would go through the steps to create one, enter my login credentials and try to enter the stie, the page would simply refresh and delete what I had entered without giving me access to my account. Second, it took the fulfillment folks too long to fulfill and ship the order. Third, they sent the wrong item. I will never shop on this site again.

Having seen some excellent offers on the website, I phoned the contact number & spoke to two extremely helpful members of staff. I then ordered my items online & they were delivered less than 24 hours later. Absolutely brilliant! I would highly recommend this fabulous company to all!

I am from Australia and purchased a cherished teddy figurine over the Christmas/New Year period. Considering the holiday period it arrived much faster than I had anticipated! It was exactly as I had hoped and I had no problems ordering or receiving.

I came across this website when I was looking for a gift for a friend who loves anything Disney. There were lots of Disney items, many of them I hadn't seen on other websites. I placed an order for the Mickey Mouse windchimes, and it arrived in 3 days, well packed. Very pleased. It was nice to see that there are quite a few Scottish gifts available which I will be looking at next. The Present Shop is now in my Favorites List as I shall definately be ordering again in the near future. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. The order arrived promptly and the two gifts were securely wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a non-collapsable box. Bit too much selotape making it difficult to open - would be helpful to leave a selotape free area to help take it all off

Bought lots of Disney Traditions online from this shop and the service is very good, delivery is fast, fragile items are packed carefully. Will continue to buy from this shop as plenty of lovely gifts for family and friends....and myself!
