I have been eyeballing the lucky clover subscription for a while and went through with it yesterday, can definitively say the pools is a top website. Support response is quick in the daytime, the 150 spins as part of the sub are given on a great game which I didn't expect. Despite the slightly slow withdrawals I cannot rate anything less than 5 stars. Good job the pools.

Quite a good site
The pools is quite a good site to play and the outcome of winnings are also quite high. However, they don't offer much support or compensate players for when they have technical issues ongoing for days.

Excellent customer service and help and support.
I was really struggling finding something online and I am quite good with technology.
I initially went through to the chat bot. That was not great. I tried what it suggested but was still struggling. I went back to the help page and i was transferred to a true person, Sharon. She was just great and had my query resolved within what seemed a very short period of time. Would always recommend trying to bypass the chat bot unless it actually answers your query. The human touch is so much better. A big well done and thanks to Sharon.
