Terrible.

Terrible.
Made purchase in November 2025 and still chasing up my inflatable pool in March 2026. Customer support continues to say they’re on it but nothing gets done.

I ordered a soft play set but within 2 hours changed my mind after reading terrible reviews of horrendous quality, safety issues etc. I contacted the "customer service" contact details provided within 2 hours of placing the order and requested it to please be cancelled before fulfilment. I followed up the following morning (being a Monday) and sent multiple follow ups that day via social media also. No one responded. I was sent a "dispatched" notification, I again tried to make contact and their "customer service" agent DULCE provided a lacklustre response , which took hours upon hours to send through saying "i'd have to send it back at my own cost". I said I would do no such thing and for them to go back to australia post and retrieve the order, redirect it back to themselves, or alternatively send me a return post slip so I can send it back to them at their cost. No response. Followed up multiple times. I will be escalating further if this is not resolved.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!! GARBAGE!!!

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered over $700 worth of soft play in one order and over $500 on a second order and to date have only received half the items. Some items were on 'pre-order' which I was fine with however estimated delivery was meant to be over 6 weeks ago. No update from the company was ever given regarding a delay and when I've tried to follow up with them, I just keep getting generic 'I'll follow up with my manager responses'. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company. The items I purchased have continued to be sold on the website as well.

Faulty products - No response to emails

I ordered a clear blow up pool to use at home as a ball pit.
As I rotate my toys, after a few months I packed it away in the cupboard and a few months later brought it back out to use.
When trying to blow it up the first two rings no longer held air.
I emailed asking if maybe they could suggest a patch kit - no answer.
At this point they had a decent sale on them so I thought stuff it and just bought a replacement.
Same exact thing happened, wouldn't hold air in the same two rings after blowing it up the second time.

This time I emailed multiple times, requested to be contacted via their website "contact us", messaged them on Instagram and left a comment on a post.

No response.

Very disappointed. Happy to take your money but not interested in rectifying any issues with their dodgy products.
