Long delivery
Took 7 days from ordering until it was delivered. With a steep delivery charge I would have expected much quicker delivery. Product was fine, Customer service was fine they responded to my query.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that you felt our delivery service didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how important timely delivery is and aim to be as transparent as possible about expected delivery dates and charges.
Your order was placed on Wednesday 11th September, and as per our order acknowledgement (emailed to you within an hour of your order) it was dispatched on Monday 16th and delivered on Tuesday 17th; so from order placed to delivery was 4 working days. This was in line with the delivery timeframe we provided. We also confirmed this schedule with you again during our email exchange on Friday 13th September, and we appreciate your response acknowledging that this was acceptable at the time.
Regarding the delivery charge, our standard fee of £16.63+VAT is clearly stated online and is generally only a contribution to the actual cost, which includes both courier fees and packaging materials. We strive to be fair in our pricing while ensuring the safe delivery of all items.
We can only better meet your expectations if you let us know. For any urgent or time-critical requirements, we encourage customers to contact our sales office directly. If there's anything else we can do to assist, please feel free to get in touch.
