Brought my phone in since the battery seemed to have died on me. Visited 2 amac stores before and kept getting told they couldn’t do anything for me or I would lose my phone for a week to repair it. Visited the phone lab and the kind workers had my phone working like new within a few hours!

The staff was amazing, very helpfull and friendly.
I went for a new battery for my Samsung S24 and in half a hour it was ready! He helped me start the phone up again afterwards and was incredibly patient.

My phone had serious issues regarding the battery and back glass. My battery had set on fire and phone was entirely impossible to use. Volkan in PhoneLab helped me through the process and listened to all my concerns very attentively. He understood all the issues with my phone so incredibly well and knew how to fix it to the best condition. His repair on my phone was flawless and it feels brand new. All the issues were taken care of, the service was so fast, effective and carefully done. Only Phone store I will ever be in contact with from now on if i ever have a problem again.

You can trust the Phonelab with your phone. They did a perfect job replacing my Pixel 8 Pro battery. They had to remove the screen and everything was glued together. Google did not design this phone to be repaired and yet the Phonelab did it! And no data loss! Thank you so much Phonelab Utrecht!

I had the screen protector on my OnePlus 12 replaced, and the service was excellent. The staff member was very kind and explained everything clearly beforehand. The replacement was done within about 10 minutes.

They also explained that the screen protector might look a little “bubbly” for around 24 hours, which was exactly what happened. By the next day, the bubbles had disappeared completely and the screen protector looked crisp, clean, and perfectly smooth.

Swift replacement with original Apple battery, iPhone works as expected. It's a pity that the person behind the counter wasn't very good in speaking dutch. But overall, very satisfied.

Fast and friendly plus all the useful information

Another trip to The Phone Lab because I'd purchased another 2nd-hand iPhone, so a new battery needed to be fitted. Plus, an older phone I had also had needed a new battery. The two guys working that day, Sergio and Sunny, were outstanding. They split the tasks between themselves. What normally would have taken an hour was done in less than 30 minutes. These guys are super positive, friendly and above all, genuine. Top marks for the service they provided and the speed at which they worked. The price is super affordable, which is another clear reason why I go to The Phone Lab and nowhere else!
