I ordered my 2 bottles of perfume and when i tired to contact tbwm to see tbe statues of my order no response. I was charged in full right away of course but no product and no support....

I ordered a bottle of perfume, about a week and a half after my money had left my account I still didn't have the bottle that I ordered. I then got an email saying it was out of stock and that they were going to refund me. Looked on their website and the bottle was still advertised as in stock but the price of it was significantly higher. I emailed them stating that I was not happy and said that they should fulfil my order at the price I originally paid. After a week and a couple of emails I got my perfume today.

I had never used The Perfumer before.I Checked prices on a comparison site and The Perfumer was the best value.I was a little reluctant to use a company I had not used before but gave them a try.
