To get in touch with a person is impossible.
It is nearly impossible to get in touch with an actual person at ThePackengers. Their pricing appears to be entirely driven by an algorithm, which in my case provided estimates that were completely inaccurate. The main issue is that there is no real opportunity to speak with a representative and explain when their system is clearly wrong.
On top of that, the company seems to have little to no interest in engaging in meaningful customer service or resolving disputes. The complete lack of human contact and unwillingness to address obvious errors makes the experience extremely frustrating and impersonal.

Given the nature of the services provided and in accordance with Article L.121-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for transportation services of goods.
The contract is therefore concluded definitively upon the placement of the order by the customer, under the terms specified in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

No communication, took almost 3 weeks to receive the package and I initiated all communication. Do not recommend this service.
In response to the replay from ThePackengers - this item was picked up 2 days after the auction ended so this was not the fault of the auction house - the delay falls solely on your part, the final delivery of the item was over 20 days after the auction, despite numerous attempts on my part to facilitate delivery sooner.
