Bought three cars from the team at One Stop, an Audi A1, a mercedes A Class and now they just sourced me a Range Rover Evoque which I am really pleased with. I would highly recommend them the service is hassle free and second to none.

If you are thinking of changing your car you could do a lot worse than take a look at One Stop on Chaddock Lane, Astley. They are online.
I recently purchased a car off them which came with AA breakdown and Warranty. The car was well presented and no pressure sales, they just left me the keys to check the car over. I had no trade-in so asked for a reduction on the price which I received. I cannot praise this company enough and have definitely given them 5 stars. The only blight on the deal which was disappointing there was only one ignition key which cost me £140.

Sold me a car with a lot of problems under the promise it had just come in and would all be fixed when it was delivered.
The car arrived in a worse state than before. However I could not check this at the time as the car was delivered when it was dark and the battery was flat which prevented me using the cars lights to check its condition. I was told that the battery was flat due to the car not being used for a while, I found this plausible.
When I checked the car the following day I noticed dog hair covered the boot area, mould was on the seatbelts, dirt covered the steering wheel and indicators, the glass on both sides was dirty. And there were mechanical problems too; The rear windows were slow to move up or down but moved at different speeds, the AC compressor was faulty, the sun roof holds water, the handbrake did not hold the car suitably, the battery and pollen filter also needed replacing. The lost of faults goes much longer however I do not wish to write an essay.
Despite the companies website claiming every car goes through a full service when due, this was clearly not the case with this car. The pollen filter is a part replaced on a service and I was told it was one of the dirtiest the garage had ever seen. If simple things such as this has been checked by One Stop Car Shop, they would have noticed the car was due a service.
At this point in time the car has been with One Stop for 10 days and is still not fully repaired. Although they have offered to fix some problems for free they do not accept that the sunroof holding water or the overdue timing belt are their responsibility and are refusing to repair these.
STEER CLEAR!!!
I bought a car in June 2017, paid cash, no part exchange. (no discount offered)
I was advised by the sales person that the car would be serviced etc. So far in the 5,000 miles I have done I have had to have it serviced, replaced the cam belt which should of been done 10,000 miles previously, replaced all 5 tyres. So far it has cost me over £1,000 to get fixed. I would steer well clear of this business. Obviously all they did at there inspection was just to reset the service interval.
