A great experience starts with a great website, and The Old Cinema website is well-structured with clear sets of photos for each item. You can explore the stock in different ways, depending on whether you are looking for a particular item, style or budget. The order process is straightforward and we had a response from the team very quickly to give us a sense of when delivery might take place. The item was delivered ahead of schedule and carefully packed to ensure it arrived safely. The courier did a great job as our house is not easy to find. They kept in contact with us and all went smoothly. The item was exactly as displayed on the website and was obviously well cared for. All items on the site glow with that obvious care. If we could give more than five stars, we would - excellent service, brilliant selection and great delivery - thank you to the team!

Items were delivered quickly and packaged really well. They were exactly as described and really good quality. Only problem I found was it was difficult to pay with debit card on the website, so had to use credit card instead which may not be an option for everyone. Overall was very happy with my purchase.

The Old Cinema has a wonderful range of antique furniture and this is the third item I’ve purchased from them. As always they are helpful when in comes to holding onto items until a suitable delivery date, and their delivery company is punctual, friendly and hard-working. The team at the shop are friendly and helpful too, and the website photos and descriptions are helpful and accurate. I definitely recommend them!
