Natruflex Helped Marathon Training
I recently ran London marathon and was recommended Natruflex for my muscles.
I took them the day after running the marathon and got ready for the second day of recovery which is meant to be the worst. I can honestly say I had no pain or muscle fatigue at all. I went back to work and even managed jumping up and down to show how good I felt!
I'd recommend the Naked Pharmacy and have recently started another supplement to aid hormonal balance.

Natruflex is now part of my post-gym and exercise routines without fail.
Having both tried and loved the Naked Pharmacy's products and worked with them, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The care and research that goes into each product is excellent, and the supplements I previously sampled have worked so well that I now swear by them. Both the Saffrosun and the Natruflex have done wonders for the body and the mind, especially after a tough gym workout.

I would not hesitate to recommend The Naked Pharmacy as an ethical, upstanding and authentic brand. Alongside this Kevin the founder is so passionate about his products and has such a wealth of knowledge as a pharmacist that you are not only buying a product but also FREE insights into your health. His personal touch goes a long way!
I have been using Saffrosun successfully for almost a year and it helped me to wean myself off all other medication. I am now 7 months mainstream drug free and I can feel the difference when I don't take the product. Go for it...give it a try for just 30 days. That's what I did and I haven't looked back.

Buyer Beware!!
I used this company on two occasions to buy health supplements.
After the second online purchase, I received an email from them, enclosing an invoice and saying "Thank you for your subscription". This apparently referred to a purchase I made approximately a month beforehand and which I certainly NEVER knowingly requested to buy as a repeating subscription!
In addition, I could find no link to my account so I could check up on what payments could be going out or when, although I did click "cancel subscription".
I am totally freaked out by the behaviour of this company and still don't know where I am standing.
Don't use this company for any reason whatsoever as you may end up with repeat subscriptions you did not want! I suggest to anyone that they use iherb.com for their supplements.

Firstly I would like to say that we e mailed and called Vivian's mobile number several times leaving messages and our contact number. We did this within 24 hours of receiving this complaint. We also refunded her previous Paypal charges immediately. Unfortunately, Vivian chose to post this complaint before we were given the opportunity to resolve the issue with her directly which is always our preferred approach. I have also e mailed Vivian again today to confirm her account has been deleted.
Great customer service is very important to us and fundamental to the way we do business. This is the first complaint we have received since we launched the company two years ago. We have made changes to the website to ensure that the subscription button is made clearer to customers. This subscription service is important to our regular customers who are using the supplements to help with specific health conditions and who do not wish to run out. We are sorry that it has caused an issue in this instance.
