Purchased item online on the 8th. Phoned on the 13th as had not received shipping info to be told item was out of stock. Was told refund would be issued. Email sent 20th as had not received refund. On the 27th I had to ask my bank to do a charge back as I still had not received refund or reply to my email.
Complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Beware!
Beware!
I only received part of my order.
Placed order after checking items were in stock.
Payment went thru and received confirmation that package would be sent shortly.
After weekly reminders, they finally sent a package 22 days after payment.
When package arrived, it contained only part of the order(1 of 4 items; 70% of order value)
Since then, I’ve been ghosted. No more replies on emails.
Stay away from this guy.

Ordered parts from there website…
Ordered parts from there website picture( wing struts)…paid in full promptly…received wrong parts some much cheaper servo horns… tried to be calm and contacted them for resolution… was told they never ever had the wing strut and that I should sell on their servo horn ( like I’ve nothing better to be doing ) no offer or suggestion of a refund .. this online shop is one to be ran away from ..would never consider using again and would suggest no one else has anything to do with them

This trader uses Modellbau UK as their trading name.
Allegedly supplies parts for radio control aircraft.
Claimed parts in stock, took payment, confirmed order, then nothing.
No reply to emails. No response to online webchat. Phone calls not answered, other than SMS from a mobile "At the doctors"!!
Registered at Companies House to Ian and Rosalyn BUDGEN.
AVOID.
Not to be confused with another company of an almost identical name, coincidentally.
