I recently created an account on envato to buy a Wordpress theme for my website, just now I tried to log into my account and I got a message that my account was blocked and I don't understand why. I want an explanation and your help to recover my account since I have already paid for the theme and already installed it on my website.

I have asked for assistance. no one answeres . This theme is useless so far, dont know what to do, besides, some widgets are not compatible with last version of wordpress

Lousy company that has only interest in making money and collecting money without taking care of the justified complaints of its customers. If you happen to ask for a refund for malfunctioning themes that are published, they, for whatever reason, never refund you. Buying a theme on envato is a bit of a leap of faith, you never know what you are buying, also because Envato itself gives false claims on the documentation of the themes it sells. Also it is the only company in the world that takes credit card transaction fees. Really bad.

The support is community lead, and a disaster.

Also, developers can easily remove bad reviews.

I own 20+ licenses for one Shopify Theme, one dev offered me a LOT of free licenses to remove my bad review.

That dev removed a LOT of features from the already working theme, and switched them to a paid subscription. From $80/one time, to $80 one time AND $40/month....

Themeforest thinks that's an acceptable business practice and removed my review, disgusting.

Easy ordering process, good selection, fast support

We had to update an existing theme due to compatibility issues - very happy with value of products and final look of our updated sie

We purchased a theme and realized it was way too complicated for us to use it. We asked for a refund. 5 days later we got this reply :

"Hi There,
As per Envato's refund policy, change of mind or not as expected are not valid reasons for the refund, Please contact support channel if you are facing some issues with the item. Thank you"

They want to keep our $76

There's always something whenever I purchase a product; plugins that need premium membership, or something missing or needed, that's not mentioned until after purchase.

Everything is good. But need to add some more currency option like rupee (₹) and also add rupay credit or debit card option for online purchase. Please try to add these 2 suggestion it make us pay easily.Rest is good.

I don't like this theme at all. It's way too basic. Kindly refund my money. Thank you.

The message was simple and clear. Maybe the procedures for changing the invoice data could be more flexible, but being an automated system it is understandable.

I purchased a website from a freelancer, but I never received the purchase code. When I needed to ask a simple question about the code, as there was an error in the tax calculations, I was told to buy another purchase code at full price. After doing so, my question was rejected, stating that it was not their responsibility. These sellers are dishonest fraudsters who only seek to extort money without providing any proper support.

I purchased a theme a few days ago and unfortunately kept getting fatal errors when installing - let alone the UI was horrific. Any ways, 3 days have passed and no reply after asking for a refund. Hence 1 star review. If you want to retain customers i respectfully request you communicate!

Theme upload is too slow, I have to wait for hours and it still hasn't finished, it gets to 46% and starts over again. There is no online support channel, it takes a long time to respond
