I would put zero stars if possible! How can it take so long for a building to complete? Exchanged contracts in 2015.....still waiting in 2021! Constant delays... and false timelines ... clearly LBS properties are incompetent.

I had exchanged contracts to purchase two properties in the development in 2015. Six years later, the building is still not completed. LBS Properties and JLL consistently gave inaccurate information on completion dates which has caused significant stress and frustration to purchasers.
Very bad experience. Look elsewhere and AVOID at all cost!!!!!! Very poor customer experience WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
