The personalised Xmas bauble was not as I expected from the photo. The laminate inside looks curled up and doesn’t fill the bauble as shown. Therefore in my opinion it’s not very festive. No extra glitter or even a nice little bow around the neck would enhance it. Sadly I am disappointed.
It all arrived safely and well packaged. I cannot fault the service. End result disappointing.

When the box arrived it was everything it promised to be ,the size ,colour,writing everything was superb.

The personalised box was lovely, and well made and my friend loved it. I Would order from again, only issue is that there is no shipping option to the Isle of Man, and I had to have it sent to family first and then onto me which was not convenient, and cost me another £15 on top of the box cost. I'd have happily given up the "free" shipping, to have it delivered straight to me.

Quick service and on the whole please with the purchase. I bought this in memory of my mum and as shown in the details you can put a photo back to back. However, on doing so it once the frame was put back into the block it opened up at the top as the block was an extremely tight fit and squeezed the bottom too tightly, my husband had to file the opening to make it bigger and is now OK

I order a wooden urn for my dad and had our own wording put on it and it was delivered the next day by courier, we'll packaging and was very happy with my order. A beautiful resting place for my daddy's ashes.

I ordered a memorial urn/keepsake box from this company during a very sensitive time, expecting something suitable to hold my mum’s ashes.

While the product does state a 1.4L capacity, the overall presentation including the use of the word “large” and the imagery on the website gives a misleading impression of the actual size. In reality, the item is significantly smaller than expected and not suitable for the intended purpose.

To make this clear, I’ve compared it to a dog urn I already own, and the difference is substantial. The product does not visually reflect what is being advertised.

This is not a standard purchase it’s a bereavement item. In that context, clarity is critical. Relying on customers to interpret litre measurements alone, while presenting the product in a way that suggests otherwise, is not sufficient.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on this experience.

While I appreciate the acknowledgement of my loss, I remain disappointed by how my concerns were handled throughout this process.

My review was never solely about the listed dimensions. It was about the overall presentation of the product and the experience that followed when I raised concerns during a bereavement.

It is also worth noting that my order confirmation described the item as a “Large Cremation Urn For Ashes”, whereas the current product title no longer appears to include the word “Large”. Customers can make their own assessment as to whether the removal of the word “Large” supports the concerns I originally raised.

What I found most disappointing was that the response focused primarily on explaining why the company believed the listing was correct, rather than acknowledging why a grieving customer may have formed a different impression or exploring a reasonable resolution.

Bereavement products are not ordinary purchases. Customers are often making decisions during one of the most difficult periods of their lives and deserve empathy, understanding and support when concerns are raised.

For that reason, I stand by my original review and would not recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective customers to shop elsewhere, particularly when purchasing bereavement products. During one of the most difficult periods of my life, I felt met with defensiveness rather than empathy and support.
