I contacted ths Company to a Memorie box ,So helpful, I did ask fir certain things to ve altered ie..colouring if script and unfortunately could not be done,But explained by advisor quickly,Though I was disappointed for the colour scheme was what I needed ,I have just received the Beautifully scripted and personalised pictures on lid..I have to say I am certainly not disappointed, Well Made ,Very quick delivery, So Thankyou to TLGSG

Wanted a Stuffed cat as a bereavement present for my Daughter in Law.
I lost my Brother, suddenly at just 63.
They both love Cats, still have a real life one, who misses dad so so much.
Louise helped me finalise the order, I've just got into online ordering after a Major Stroke and Heart Attack.
She was superb, a real Customer Service person, what you need at this time.
The.Cat now has pride of place wherever Nicola goes.
You won't find any better company, you are extremely lucky if you can get this type of personal service anywhere these days.

Looked everywhere for a small wooden child's stool with a personalised named seat and could not quite find what we were looking for....until we came across this company on Etsy. They created the seat design / pattern to our spec. Stool arrived very well packaged, clear instructions, easy to put together and now wrapped up for a Christmas present. Only time will tell, but first impressions are very good and appears well made. The only one extra I would add to this already great product would be sticky felt / rubber pads for the bottom of each feet.

recently purchased a memorial box for my cat whom died (killed by a vicious dog). I’m so disappointed and hurt by the way this company has treated me as apparently my address wasn’t correct and the item had to get sent back and now they are asking me to pay for the p&p again and I’ve tried to explain multiple times however all they care about is the money. I’ve asked for a refund and they told me it’s not possible so I either pay for the postage AGAIN or I won’t receive my money back or the item I ordered. It feels very belittling because I don’t want to have to go back and forth I just wanted something special to keep his belongings in but this company only operate on scamming people for their money and no understanding at all. I’m still going to wait for my refund and I’ve raised a dispute with my bank now. Don’t order unless you want to be treated poorly by this company while grieving.

I found out on the Wednesday before Good Friday that my little cat was going to be put to sleep, and in a panic around 4pm, I placed an order, worried it wouldn’t arrive in time due to the bank holiday weekend. I found a phone number on the website and called, and that’s when I spoke to Helen.

She went above and beyond to help me – within five minutes of placing my order, it had been dispatched, and thanks to her and the team, it arrived the very next morning, on Thursday. I was able to get my boy’s paw prints before he passed, which meant the absolute world to me.

I can’t thank Helen and the team enough for their compassion, urgency, and kindness during such an emotional time. Thank you so much.

I’d received a bauble as a gift a couple of years ago, and was gutted when it recently smashed and the product was out of stock online. I contacted the store and Amy was so helpful, managing to find the product in stock so I could buy it again. Just want to say thanks so much for your help Amy!

I ordered some personalised gifts from this company late on Sunday the 17th December and even though it is a very busy time they arrived on the Tuesday unfortunately one item had been damaged in transit and on the Wednesday morning at 6 o`clock I e mailed them about this problem by 7.15 I had received a mail saying very sorry and they would replace it without any quibble but could not guarantee arrival before Christmas, low and behold the replacement arrived Friday morning before Christmas. Pleased with product and excellent servive.

A BRILLIANT FIRM
I was initially disappointed as the battery inside the talking bear did not seem to work. I contacted the helpline by email about 6pm. By 8pm there was a response and subsequently, without any fuss a replacement was sent. It works beautifully. A really pleasant experience. A company which is a joy to deal with!
