Helpful, quick and efficient
We had a limited time in which to have our Macbook's hard-drive upgraded and the iT Store did the job quickly and without fuss. We had good advice and help from the knowledgeable young man who served us but unfortunately we don't know his name. Can definitely recommend this store for this type of job.

Absolutely first rate all round. bout upgrading…
I contacted the store about upgrading the hard drive in my 2013 Mac. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I took the machine to them that afternoon. The store was appealing and everyone was very helpful. The work was completed very quickly - and at a very reasonable cost. I picked up my Mac three days later (it was ready the day before). When I got home, I just plugged it in and it just worked superbly!
The store even sent me a message a week later to check that everything was ok.

Very good and professional
I found the IT store people very helpful and friendly. The job was turned around quickly, and my computer returned to me with no issues at all and things fixed that I had asked for, including setup of a backup drive I had brought in. Very trustworthy service, many thanks and I do recommend.

I bought a Christmas present (IMAC mini) for my Wive. We were served by the Owner. When it arrived he did’t explain and he did’t check the content
when it arrived.
He wanted all the money upfront despite I bought 1 day before a MAC
for MAC for £ 1200.
A very unfriendly and greedy owner.
No manners! No hello no good buy.
I future we will visit the other Apple Mac shop in town “STORMFRONT” with an excellent customer service.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience at The iT Store. When you bought the new iPad Air 4 (not ‘iMac mini’) it was explained to you that we take payment with order when it involves a special order of new Apple products. You were happy with this and we even gave you a letter as well as receipt confirming the item was fully paid and was due in within a few working days. You also saved over £150 on the Apple Magic Keyboard and Pencil that we supplied when you ordered the iPad. A lot of time was spent by two staff members with you both to make sure you found the right products for your needs.
Once the iPad arrived you happily collected it and then returned a couple of days later for initial training and support for nearly an hour, which was supplied free of charge to you and your wife. This is something you would not get at any other local retailer. We would never open new products to check contents before the customer has received it. We do not know any retail who would.
You were also very happy with the preowned iMac which was upgraded to your specification, saving you around £600 off the new price for this model.
As you will see from other reviews calling anyone at The iT Store ‘greedy’ and ‘unfriendly’ couldn’t be further from the truth. We pride ourselves on the best possible customer service at the best possible price and the fact that over 50% of our trade is repeat custom is testament to this.
