Brilliant from start to finish

Very helpful staff and very fast service

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

After my bank account was frozen due to entering an IVA I needed an email sending to my bank to confirm that the insolvency group were not interested in my current account as I had no overdraft or credit with the bank.

I’m now 5 days into this and hours and hours of conversations with their foreign contact centre and still it’s unresolved.

All I need is 1 email sending to my bank that all!

The insolvency group still call me in between the lengthy calls and being on hold for hours to ask me why I haven’t paid this months payment? I then spend another 40 mins each time explaining to them i cannot pay anyone because my bank account is frozen because I need them to sent an email…

Honestly they’re that bad, one of the advisors asked me “how do you spell insolvency?” While asking for the Santander email address!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

They’re Rude, talk over you constantly and absolutely do not know how to resolve a dispute as small as this.

Just want to thank the insolvency group for all they’ve done for me. I suffer with my MH really badly so have felt totally overwhelmed with all the debts piling and piling up to the point I was paying money here there and everywhere just to keep the bailiffs from coming back to my property. It became unmanageable. I finally decided to get help and I can’t be more grateful to the people who dealt with me I wasn’t rushed when I needed 30 mins to just bring myself back down as I was getting super overwhelmed with everything they let me have the time to breathe and came back to me. I sent them everything on WhatsApp they done all the hard work for me, they took every single stress of it off my shoulders. I would highly highly recommend anyone who is in my position who feels overwhelmed but just can’t make that step because it becomes to overwhelming to get in touch with these guys. The most understanding lovely people who will help and support you through it all. It’s one massive stress off my shoulders, no more anxiety when my door knocks anymore, no more anxiety about not being able to get my kids to school because my car is always threatened to be taken as I won’t answer the door making me pay ridiculous monthly amounts just to get them off my back. Now I’m going to make one monthly payment for all my debts. These guys are great and they worked with me with care and compassion.

From the first phone call was like I could breathe again especially as my wife is going though cancer treatment it was a relief that I had someone to talk to and listen to my problem in less then 2 weeks I was signed up with my Iva I could start to live again instead of just making it though to each pay day
Thank you to you all you don’t realise what you’ve done for me and my family instead or worrying about my debts and can now give my wife the support she needs thank you again
