I like the product, my only disappointment was that it is made in China which I was trying to avoid. There is a black packaging cap on it that says remove and discard- if you chisel the inside ridges off it will fit on the ground spike perfectly when not in use to prevent rain water and soil getting inside.

Very good product, and although slightly more expensive than similar from other suppliers, this is really a superior piece of kit. Also, excellent delivery service. Very pleased.

This line cover is a a good quality product which out rates other line covers I have purchased. The product is hard wearing and lasts a long time. Purchased as a replacement.

Small (30m) Rotary drier ordered one afternoon and delivered early following morning. Drier is perfect, compact, easy to put together and incredibly easy to operate. Excellent product and service

my wrongly delivered rotary dryer was collected today, the returns procedure was complicated but no fingerprints or DNA was required. the laundry company say my dryer will be delivered in two weeks. watch this space.

I bought a new rotary line to replace my old one. It was 18 years old! I found the phone number on the old product and googled it and found the company again. I am really happy with this new one. Umbrella style push up, which is a little tough for me as I have a bad shoulder, my old one was a wind up kind and I did search for that type first. But for an umbrella type it’s not too bad to push up and I think it will get easier with use. It’s really well made and strong.
It came with a robust cover which was a nice extra. It’s big enough for family loads and I’d say I can get 3/4 loads of washing on mine.
The delivery was quick, although a slight delay in arriving, I was informed of the delay and kept in the loop. Really happy and would recommend.

Great service. Arrived quickly. Washing line is super strong, great quality, ideal for super king size bedding. Really easy to open up with the winder. Would highly recommend this, we replaced the same product we bought years and years ago, so I know it lasts well.

We bought the 40m rotary washing line. Excellent quality and the service was first class….the only disappointing part of the delivery was that there was no tracking available and luckily we were in when the delivery company (APC) arrived unannounced.
Another small disappointment is that the ground spike does not come with a cap when the rotary line is not in situ as we do not keep the washing line in the ground spike when not in use.
