The Hero Company is a US Veteran owned business that helps to fund service and companion animals for Vets suffering with PTSD at ZERO cost to them. Many, many Veterans return home with serious trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that drastically changes their lives, with way too many taking their own lives battling this force alone. With no VA funding for service animals, many Veterans just cannot afford the cost of the trained dogs that they need.It is our way of fighting for our Heroes here at home. To date, we have raised over $1,500,000 dollars and will continue as we march towards our goal of $10 Million raised for Veterans in need. Ordered the Masters of the Air
Ordered the Masters of the Air: Wings of Valor bracelet and could not be happier. I am a USAF Veteran and absolutely love the design and fit of this product. As this company supports veterans and is veteran owned and operated I could not help but place an order. I ordered my bracelet on 1/9/25 and received it today, 1/14/25…..2 days earlier than expected. And this was after the holiday rush and in the middle of crazy winter heavy snowfall weather.

WRONG ITEM and NO RESPONSE !
I received the wrong bracelet and I cannot get in touch with anyone from this company to get them to send me the right bracelet before Christmas. My son will be very disappointed. The customer service response is TERRIBLE and there is no phone # to call. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never purchase from them again. This is one big scam!

Highly Frustrated
I have contacted this company 7 times now with zero response. Somehow my package was marked undeliverable but to the wrong state. I have sent emails, live chat and facebook messages to no avail. My husband is a veteran, president of the American Legion and does nothing but help and support other vets. I wanted the products for him and to help other veterans. I’m extremely disappointed in this. Where is the customer service? How can you help vets if you don’t follow through with anything ESPECIALLY customer service. I’ve sent several screenshots of all transactions and yet nothing from your company.

I order the bracelet on March 11, 2023 with standard shipping. it is now March 25th and no bracelet. I contacted the company and they replied with it will be delivered on the 25th and still not here. Hope this was not a scam that is why I only ordered 1 to test things. does not look I will order anymore
