Zero Access to Gift Cards I Was Given ($300 Worth)
I am so upset with how much money has been lost I feel sick. Two years ago we had twins and were sent a ton of DoorDash gift cards. We decided to save some for the next time we had a baby since the gift cards never expire. Well we just had another baby and when we go to the email containing the DoorDash gift cards and click the “view and print this card” it takes us to a page that says “Your digital gift card was not found with the information you entered.” I didn’t put in any info, this is the link the gift card shops sent me. So because the gift card shops links are faulty, we no longer have access to $300 worth of gift cards. Other gift cards for other companies, such as Visa cards from that time, have links that still work. The only option for help for gift cards already purchased is to contact the company directly itself. My husband wasted his time speaking with DoorDash on the phone for a few hours while we should have been snuggling our two day old. But since we don’t even have a card number because it’s hidden behind this faulty link there’s nothing they can do. I feel like I was stolen from. I beg you, don’t use a digital site like this to send people cards, give them something physical. It’s also way too easy to lose these cards in your email since they only send you one email, nothing reminding you about your cards or anything like that.
Update: I received the voicemail and tried calling back the same number but it said I was an unauthorized caller. If you leave another voicemail can you please tell me which number I am to call.

I bought an e-gift card from them like 2 months ago and I tried using it on a website-- which didn't go through so I thought nothing of it until I checked on their website and saw it displayed my card was locked/on hold and to contact customer service. I did just that, the call went smoothly the lady said she was going to refund the card, mind you it's been almost two months and I haven't received anything. I kept calling the number on their website and they keep telling me to wait-- that I'll receive it on said specified date by them but I know it's just bs. I'm just going to assume I'm never getting that money back, which is alright but what I will not do is let another person fall for this, SO IF YOU'RE READING THIS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! you're better off buying it from the actual legit visa website and not some third party website like this one. BEWARE.

First time receiving a virtual Visa…
First time receiving a virtual Visa gift card from The Gift Card Shop and when I tried using the $200.00 gift card for a purchase it said that the gift card was put on hold and contact customer service immediately. When I got a hold with someone, they informed me that the gift card was compromised and they can send me a refund check through usps. This didn't sit well with me and to top it off, they wanted my birthday, email, mailing address, etc. I went ahead and hung up with them without giving all my info out to them. It does not make sense as to why they needed my birthday for a gift card??

I thought this order was on its way…
I thought this order was on its way after the trouble I had getting my credit card to scan when I placed the order on 4/2/26. At that time, I finally ended up using PayPal to complete the purchase instead. When I just checked to find out why I STILL haven't received the gift cards I'd ordered (as of 4/12/26), I discovered that the order had been cancelled!!! I just reordered, this time using PayPal without attempting to use my credit card. Hopefully this time the order will be sent.
