Lee Garrett will always give you an honest opinion. He is presumably in it for the money but that is not his first consideration, several times he has told me that some treatment I may be interested in will not do much for me. This honesty is very rare and therefore I would always trust him. I would recommend him to anyone. He is also very good at the treatments he does.

I’ve never had Botox before but it was suggested by my optician to fix a twitchy eye-lid; this escalated into my husband and I both having it done as an anniversary present to each other.
I found Lee to be incredibly sympathetic to the initial eye problem and then incredibly helpful in erasing years of stress that we’ve created on our foreheads! I was most impressed with his attention to detail and our procedures were very much personalised. He clearly practices a ‘less is more’ approach; explaining that he wanted a more natural look rather than too obvious - its clearly worked brilliantly as my eye is back to normal and we’ve both had many comments regarding how well we both look. I was definitely apprehensive but have to say Lee made the whole experience an absolute treat and wholeheartedly recommend him, his team and the lovely clinic.

I visited the clinic for the first time last week for a treatment with dermal fillers. I did not know precisely what I needed but had an idea of what I wanted and thought I needed... i was impressed by the assessment and the perspective I was given by Lee Garrett and the precise recommendations for the most appropriate treatment and best aesthetic outcome. Gentle manner, superb results, so natural and just what I needed.

I am very happy after my Botox treatment with Lee, my eye area looks refreshed and natural which is exactly what I hoped to achieve. Lee makes you feel relaxed and offers excellent skincare advice and treatments, I would highly recommend him.

Very happy with the solutions given me and the overall care and after care

I saw Lee and he was just great. Calm, straight forward, and kind.

Was seen on time and given an honest assessment. I had gone to have an expensive treatment but was told this was not necessarily the one that I needed. I felt that this was both upfront and reassuring in that the clinic was not just trying to make money
but would give a client the most appropriate treatment for their needs. I have as yet not had any treatment so I cannot comment on the actual practice.

Honest and helpful opinion on best treatment for me

I was very impressed with Lee's approach to my appointment; however, not for the usual reasons, in fact with the requests I had he could not help me - this was due to my age and Lee was honest enough to encourage me not to spend my money on procedures designed to help people significantly younger than me. Of course I was disappointed but really appreciated his assessment. It indicated a service that does not seek to take people's cash at any cost (excuse the pun) which makes me feel that the professionals working at the Garrett clinic have integrity.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I cannot comment on any treatment outcomes.

Lee was very thorough and professional throughout. Excellent attention to detail. I can strongly recommend the clinic.

Lee is very knowledgeable and has an excellent aesthetic eye. I didn't have to point out any of the small imperfections that typically bother me, instead he located them and treated them all with great skill. He knew just how to treat every spot. He has a very good bedside manner and talked me through the whole treatment so I'd known what to expect.

I have been going to Lee Garrett for 3 years now, he always takes the time to talk and assess my skin and talks through treatment thoroughly every single time. Always looks long term as opposed to quick fix, I have had various treatments including botox and fillers and would highly recommend.
