I bought an outdoor clock from Abercorn and 3 months later it broke. I emailed the company requesting a replacement or refund. Glen replied within minutes, and facilitated a replacement item from his UK suppliers within hours. He advised I'd receive the goods in 14 days. They arrived in less than 48 hours.
If you've Googled Abercorn because they are cheap, please be assured of my customer experience. Can't promise Glen can make good on behalf of his suppliers, but this is a small family business that deserves our custom.

I ordered a Garden clock, it arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately one part was damaged (not due to packaging) , I mailed straight away with photos, the NEXT day a replacement arrived.

My wife ordered a garden clock from the Garden Factory and it arrived by DPD within two days. The clock was well packed and the quality was surprisingly very good for the price paid. In fact it was better than we had expected and we were very impressed overall. It is the first time we have purchased something from the Garden Factory, but we will certainly use them again. Also using DPD as couriers is a big plus in our experience, rather than using the unreliable cheaper ones. Well done Garden Factory.

Another very pleasant visit to Abercorn Gardem Centre, Beehive Lane, Chelmsford on 20th August 2019.

The staff tending the plants are very friendly and knowledgeable and keep the stock in great condition. The staff on the tills are equally helpful and friendly and made our visit very enjoyable.
