Very fair pricing quick customer service and delivered and arrived on time for my preorder

I’ve been ordering from The Game Collection for years, and once again the service was excellent.

I pre-ordered Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced (PS5) and it arrived exactly on release day as promised. The tracking was accurate, shipping was free, and the game was very well packaged.

Their prices are usually very competitive, the website is easy to use, and I’ve always had a smooth purchasing experience. Based on the service alone, I’d definitely recommend them and would happily order from them again.

The only area where I think there’s room for improvement is the rewards programme. A few years ago, buying a new game would often earn you a £10 voucher towards your next purchase, which made it genuinely worthwhile to stay loyal. Now the points earned typically work out to around £5, which isn’t nearly as compelling. With competitors like Amazon offering similar prices and convenience, the loyalty programme no longer feels like a reason to keep coming back.

I’d love to see the rewards become more generous again, because everything else about the service is genuinely excellent.

Not going to lie. When I first saw the game collection I had my doubts. Wondered if it was genuine. I am very pleased to say it is genuine! And I will taking as much business as I can to them in the future. From start to finish they were very vocal with communication. Helpful to ask question. Easy to talk to through social media. Joked when needed. When pre orders were about to open they had a time set. Then a link. Then happy when I was able to say I got the product. The price was fair. The order arrived on time. It was very well packaged. Arrived perfectly! I don’t have a single complaint. Honestly can’t think of anything bad to say! There isn’t anything! If you can get something through them. Then do!

Always have a great experience ordering from TGC. Deliveries are always on time and prices are better than any other website.

The best place for buying physical games at reasonable prices. I love the rewards system and I've not yet had a pre-order game miss release day delivery. Exceptional work!

Games always arrive on time, never early though. Pricing is slightly more expensive than most places but when they had the £10 reward point in place it was worth ordering from the game collection.

That all changed when they did away with the £10 & replaced it with X3 reward points.

It's just not worth ordering from the game collection anymore & I just buy my games for slightly less from other online retailers.

Very good company to get collectors edition off. So many customers asked for more assassins creed collectors editions. When they were out of stock and they went above and beyond to get more in for there customers. Will be using them again

I was lucky enough to get a Switch 2 for father's day. Got Mario Kart World Tour for the same price as other stores but it came with a PDP Super Mario World Rematch Joypad. Absolute bargain. And as usual it arrived within a few days of ordering. This is why this site is always my first go to for physical games and accessories.

Used thegamecollection for a good few years now and they never fail to deliver the best service they can. Deliveries are always on time (unless royal mail mess up) however if thats the case thegamecollection are quick to rectify the issue and give you points on your account as an apology, usually consisting of £5's worth. The points program is one of the best around, very generous amount of points per purchase and sometimes offering 3x points. Plus the price of the games are extremely competitive, more than usually being the cheapest you will find. I love buying my games from this website, they really make you feel good as a customer. Physical media forever 👌

Great prices, great service, fast postage and from what I’ve heard great customer service but I personally wouldn’t know because TGC has never messed up an order in the 5 or so years I’ve been ordering from them. And I get a new physical game once a month or so, so always looking here and shop to which I also recommend. They may be sister sites I’m not sure but they have similar sales and website functionality.

Easy to use website, good loyalty program, quick dispatch and delivery. Never let me down in all the years I've been using them.
10/10 would recommend.
