Top Notch for Physical Games
I love shopping with The Game Collection because they usually have the best prices for games; an order has arrived within 24 hours of my purchase and when I had an issue with an item caused by the developer/publisher, they kindly resolved the problem in their stead. They're my first port of call for physical games and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Product never arrived
Pokemon booster box never arrived (they use DPD so that is probably the problem). It was ordered to my work address which has someone at reception 24 hours so it wasn't that which was the cause. They can't send the product back out once it's returned to them so then processed a refund which took another 5 days. Altogether 2 weeks of messing around for nothing. No explanation of why the courier failed to deliver either. Terrible service but looking at the other 1 star reviews I doubt I'll order from them again.

We are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered and appreciate how frustrating it was to have to wait for the parcel to be returned before a refund could be processed.
We did raise the failed delivery with DPD to establish what had happened. DPD subsequently confirmed that there was no specific reason recorded for the parcel being returned and that the return had been processed in error. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with any further explanation as to why the delivery was not completed.
As the item had already been returned to us, we were unable to send the same order back out and instead processed your refund. The parcel was delivered back to us on 6 August and your refund was processed the same day.
We appreciate that this was an unsatisfactory experience, however the failed delivery and subsequent return were outside of our control and were caused by an error within the courier network. We did investigate the matter with DPD and processed your refund as soon as the returned parcel was received.
We are sorry that this experience has left you disappointed and understand your frustration with the inconvenience caused.

Great Company
Great company, good selection of products and items purchased are always delivered quickly and in perfect condition.
The only downside, and its not just this company its a growing problem in the TCG community. It is incredibly difficult to purchase any product drops. I love Pokemon TCG and i watch my emails closely for when i know a set is due out. From the last 8 drops i have managed to get one item. The first couple i tried to get an ETB and a Booster box but even though you put it in your basket it doesn't reserve the stock. By the time i get through captcha, and password and checkout, I get the message saying the items are now out of stock. The last few drops i have tried to just get one item, whether its a mini tin or an ETB but even with one item i still get out of stock by the time i get through checkout.
They need a system where stock is reserved in your basket for at least a few minutes, ticket companies do this already.
