It was brilliant, until it needed charging. Then it totally stopped working!!

Bowl arrived speedily, pump was broken out of the box. Troubleshooting and speaking with support have not fixed the issue. I have filed multiple warranty claims (have 3 years warranty) and have received no communication. Currently have a $200 oversized waterdish

The customer service was spot on which is a rarity. My generation truly appreciate it. Ordering our Flowzy was the best investment we could’ve made for our girls. They absolutely love their new Fowzy, in fact I’m ordering a second one for inside. I love the fact that it tells us when the water is getting low and if the battery needs recharging. Thank you for creating this wonderful product. No more leaves and insects to worry about just clean fresh water. Our family is truly grateful and my hope is that in time people will be ditching their old water bowls and investing in their dogs health for a Flowzy.

The Flowzy is such a great product - easy to use, easy to clean, easy to charge and my fussy dog loves to drink from it! Such a relief going into Summer that she always has cool, fresh, flowing water that she loves to drink!

We purchased the flowzy water fountain for our 2 labradors, awesome product..we love it, nice and quiet also. Delivery was a smooth process, so no complaints from us. Will likely purchase another one to put in another room. Thanks for the fantastic service and a great product.

Love this FLOWZY dog water flowing filtered dispenser, so silent except for the lovely sound of a gentle cascading water as the silent sensor senses our beautiful Japanese Spitz Stella approaching to savor her delicious always fresh water ! Needless to say she adores her FLOWZY!
The FLOWZY is easy clean, changeable filters lasts so well, USB charges quickly and the sensor panel is easily read, overall so impressed with the FLOWZY !

My dog Roger loves his Flowzy water bowl. Easy to get working. The 7 litre bowl is great as you are not constantly topping it up. Roger drinks so much more water now and he loves drinking it where the water flows out.

Have two dogs and one cat and they all use it plus the sound of the water flow.
Makes it easier for me to ensure they are refreshed in such a hot climate and now they all walk to the flowsy knowing that the water is refreshing.

My dog drinks a lot of water and for me to know the impurities have been removed puts my mind at ease that the water is nourishing and healthy for him.

I will be purchasing one for outside soon.

My cats are much happier we have a new and better water fountain. It's hard when they have to share the water bowl with "mums emotional support gremlins."
I love it because I'm not filling a water bowl several times a day. It's large, keeps the water fresh and importantly clean. I like where the filter pad sits as it catches anything the gremlins may have dropped in the water and keeps it clean for all.
I would like for a bit more of a water spout as the cats have let me know they love that feature in a water fountain but other than that I, (and all fur babies), highly recommend the Flowzy. 🐈🐕

Awesome at home for Tilly, she’s drinking so much more water now.
It’s nice to know I don’t have to worry about stinky slimy dog bowls anymore just fill, set and forget.

My dogs love the Flowzy bowl. It’s easy to use but I’ve noticed they’re drinking more and seem a lot happier. And it stays so clean!!!

We’ve had our fountain for 6 months now, we’ll never go back to a regular bowl.

My Flowzy stopped working

Quick delivery and the dogs LOVE the Flowzy!

My dogs love the flowzy how the water runs when they walk past as the sensor activates. They drink more water than they use too which is good. You don't realise how dirty the water is when you change the filter and also saves me time not constantly filling there water bowl which is great. A great investment. No regret.

Product has been in use for a week and operates well. The delivery took 10 business days from shipping notification to arrive, much longer than expected. Item is shipped from China.
