purchased a sound bar in seotember which was quick delivery good purchae did have an issue with the company but to be fair they sorted it out for me. would i use again,probably.

Very good price. Speedy delivery. Only grouse was that sound bar came with European plugs. To be fair, I didn’t complain and when I did mention it, they said they would have sent replacement plugs

The ordering from the website was all good, the only complaint was the delivery which was very late, with the usual excuses of van not starting in the morning and traffic.

We also a special place in the TV market because we buy televisions that can no longer be sold by the High Street retailers we buy them from. These TVs are classed as ‘Graded Products’ and include end of line/discontinued TVs, TVs with damaged packaging, surplus stock and 14 day customer returns.

Perfect

After researching at length to find the TV we wanted, The Electronics Warehouse had the best price online. We bought the TV on Tuesday, it was delivered by Friday. We were given email receipt, and delivery updates via text and email. The delivery was very straightforward. Couriers offered to leave the TV where we wanted it and we very smooth and efficient. The TV is perfect. I would use The Electronics Warehouse again.

Very good service from The Electronics…

Very good service from The Electronics Warehouse and a very good price. Though having bought the Samsung TV based on reviews from all over the place. I do not reccommend one it's painful to use, slow to start up slow to change channel and keeps trying to sell stuff via apps. Don't but one!!

Samsung 50" QLED TV

Long wait for delivery but this could be down to the pre-Christmas rush. Once I did get a delivery date the TV was delivered on time. So far no issues with the set, so all is well.

Previously bought 2 tv's from…

Previously bought 2 tv's from Electronics warehouse, thought I'd try these for a monitor for my boy. Samsung G7 43" brilliant monitor at a great price. Delivery was pretty quick also. I will definitely buy from EW again.

Great Service, Price and Product

I purchased a TV for the bedroom, the price was amazing, I had specific dates I needed for deliver and the TEW team were able to deliver the next day!! I dealt with Jeff and he was lovely!! Tv has come in great quality, I have seen there was a description error which they are helping me to sort out. But def great service and price!!! Thanks TEW team

Great 8k tv

Got a Samsung 8k tv on a Black Friday deal and it’s absolutely amazing for gaming, takes the experience to a whole new level. It’s great for watching football & boxing as well. Electronics warehouse was helpful & polite on the phone and again when the delivery men delivered the tv. They brought it up the stairs for me and was helpful & polite

Ordered Samsung HW-Q990D surround system from electronics warehouse. Best price as part of black friday deals. Quick delivery. Product delivered in excellent packaging by furdeco. Beast of a system. Working well with no complaints. Satisfied customer.
