AGAIN... I DID NOT receive my vapes thanks to the delivery company and this is the 3rd time it's happened to me and I've changed my address, so they could have brought it to me but they just couldn't be bothered FFS 😡!

We have communicated with you on a number of occasions to advise you that your specific requests for the couriers cannot be met, based on your type of delivery address they will not go and personally hand deliver orders to people, they will go to a goods in section and then you would have to await for any internal staff or post personnel to deliver said parcels.
We would advise in future having your orders delivered to a parcel shop, if issues persist we might also restrict your account to parcel shop only.
