Still waiting for order to be delivered,,,no response from showroom or contacts from any customer service

Bought a sofa from Designer rooms in Braehead. Had the pleasure of being looked after by Saira. She was just great and i hope the company appreciates her. She could not have been any more helpful. The delivery was absolutely flawless. All went exactly as planned. All very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at the Braehead showroom thanks to Saira. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful advice, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Received excellent customer service from James at Braehead outlet. He was very approachable and knowledgeable about the product type we were looking for. He checked for options and availability and explained the ordering process and timescales delivery etc very clearly. We are happy with our experience in store. Minor negativeoverall and not James' fault is delivery cost £69 which is excessive for a product being made for us and coming from your warehiuse after factory.

We could not have received better service anywhere! Saira at the Braehead branch was excellent. She was so courteous and helpful and it was obvious that she had a great knowledge of the products. When explaining what we were looking for she took her time to escort us around all the items she thought would match our plans and we got all that we needed and more! A big thanks to Saira.

I had a wonderful shopping experience in the breahead store went in got time to browse around hastle free with a welcoming smile .
Got new ideas and something completely different than I went in for. James helped me with measuring the items nothing was a bother very kind and patient as i had changed my mind a few times (Good job!) done can't wait to see how it all looks in my home.
Great sale on lovely products which made it more attractive I would certainly recommend a visit .
