Having been a recruiting manager at many times in my working career, I have seen the complete spectrum of CV’s, and in turn know how important they are to best represent ourselves to recruiters. Although we all, feel that producing a CV is something which is easily done, there is a true skill to this, a skill which draws out your best qualities, uses the right words and best written by an independent expert to ensure we don’t get lost in our own emotions of what are important to us, and not the reader who will make the decision to interview or appoint. I have tried other companies in the past, but the end to end service and support from CV store was the best by far. Spending time to understand the experience that I have and how to represent it in the best possible way. A service which I would commend to anyone. I very rarely give a 5 star rating for any service. But as I am struggling to find a way in which they can improve the CV store service that they delivered for me personally, they has got me to award 5 stars.

I have mixed feelings. I never had any discussion about my CV - I submitted my answers to questions and was provided in my CV in the time expected. The only key benefit which is indeed useful, is that it is now ATS friendly and I don't have to keep re-working it. There was nothing about the content itself that appears to have made any improvements. On two occassions I have asked Lee Tonge to make a change/improvement and both times he has said he would. On both occasions I never received a further response. Therefore I feel mixed about the value. Perhaps he has enough business with so many unemployed people trying to figure out why their CVs are not getting the same traction as before. I had to redo some of the format because I was told it was ugly and unappealing format-wise. I also had to change some of the content as very little was updated or improved from what I submitted.
