Don't waste your money on this

Pointless course. With no useful material and a question that is wrong in the final exam.
No regulations or official guidelines, just basic common sense. Reads like a school project.

I forgot about it

I forgot about it, as I fell ill after moving to a new house my age caught up with me and contracted COPD on top of osteoarthritis, and tye- 2 diabetes.
There is no insulation in my house and its very dusty. That's why I've been living in hotels now for 2 months.

The 7 units were straight forward and informative. However, there were irrelevant questions in the quiz. Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia aren't part of Safeguarding. There was also a question repeated twice, so if you get that wrong not once but clearly twice that will impact on result.
I found the site hard to navigate and impossible to find someone to contact, also when trying to edit details a "Oopps" notice would appear, which was rather frustrating!

They don’t respond to emails or social media messages. The course is so basic, a child could write better. Very repetitive, full of spelling mistakes. All common sense with no actual knowledge. Quizzes at the end of each unit are laughable. Do not buy these courses. Save your money and go with someone else.

Very poor standard

I bought the TA level 2 course and was at first amused and then shocked by the number of grammatical errors. I cannot understand how the course can be accredited when it has clearly not been quality controlled.
