Bought some gifts, needed to contact the shop and the customer service was excellent would definitely recommend. They package everything so well and the delivery was speedy.

Was very helpful and very polite. Assured me item would be delivered in time and they would do it straight away for when the postman came that morning which was a Saturday. Item arrived the next morning sunday packaging was perfect and couldn't ask for better customer service.

I knew that the prices were ridiculously high in that shop but I did not have a choice this time. I ordered a pair of earrings from this store online to be collected from the store. The earrings was a gift. They charged £2 extra for the wrapping paper for a tiny earrings box. I suggest them to charge people for the air they inhale in their shop. I asked them to write a note for the gift. The handwriting was terrible and slipshod. I had to tear up the note and buy a gift card separately.

I have been to this place at least 10 times to date. I have never seen them smiling at customers or responding customers' inquiries with care and attention. They are always in a mood as if they are doing us a great favour with their existence and we all have to appreciate it. It is the other way around needless to remind.

I don't understand why they offer an online service at all, when their postal charges are so outrageously high that it makes no sense ordering from them. £7.50 postal charge for a small jar of honey?!!! Who's going to pay that?!
