An almost brand new item for less than half the price! So impressed. Will definitely be ordering again!

I gave my bag to this company to sell, but it never sold, so I requested it back. Unfortunately, they have now lost it.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Their customer service response was that their system is old and the staff who dealt with my item are no longer there — which is simply not acceptable.

I still have not received my bag back. Very poor experience, would not recommend.

I bought a RSVP bag from here and it was even better than expected. The quality is unmatched. It was exactly as described and postage was really quick. All of the girls are great and super helpful. I will definitely be buying from here again.
